We had a nice time at the Saturday Murder Mystery. The five course dinner was good with the exception of desert. No dinner selection was provided but food was good. At no fault of the restaurant several customers chose not to come after obtaining reservations (very uncool) which no doubt impacted the evening’s murder mystery theme. The venue is on the smaller side (~15 or so seats max.) so expect to participate.
Wonderful! My Family and I came here for my 40th birthday and we all HAD A BLAST!
THANK YOU FOR THE BEST NIGHT EVER....!

She is a fantastic cook, besides murder mystery dinners, you can order her food anytime. Cynthia also offers cooking classes. Call and inquire.
But most important all her food is all cooked from scratch and measured from the heart ❣️
And delicious 😋

My cousins and I went to Cynthia's Murder Mystery Dinner Theater last night (9/20/2025) and had the best time! So much thought and care goes into the dinner and performance. The actors were excellent. I believe their names were Ray, Joey, Peter, and Cynthia. Each one of them gave a stellar performance and made us laugh a lot. Truly lovely folks. All four of them were talented, welcoming, hilarious, and such joys to be around. I would highly recommend the murder mystery dinner to all ages! The more you join-in and embrace the experience, the more fun you'll have. Dinner was delicious, and the service was great. The whole experience lasted about 2 hours. Very reasonable price. Everyone who attended appeared to be having a great time. Thank you very much to the four entertainers (Ray, Joey, Peter, & Cynthia) who made this an unforgettable night!!

I didn’t get past the phone call person on the other end. Acted like she had something better to do than to take that phone call. I did make a reservation. However, I called back the next day and canceled it my friend and I do a Tea review I would’ve loved to have gone to this place because it’s something different something new. It’s pretty sad when you don’t get past the phone call.
This place is so amazing! I would honestly just come back for the experience again. The actors were great, fun, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their time. I loved how every one of the actors said there own little things even during the challenges. I think this place is really awesome because although it’s a dinner, it feels inclusive and almost ‘family’ style. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Shoutout to Cynthia, Joey, and Ray, yall are awesome!

She ( the owner said if we don't say something nice , please say nothing at all.) But I can't keep it to myself. We had a party of ten ($500.00) to celebrate 3 different Birthdays. One of our guest was a gentleman who had a stroke, and could have used the ramp but we were told at 5:50pm to go to f/door at 6pm which had steps. We all got in, to a appetizer of hard bread with turkey salad on it, topped with a small piece of pineapple. The theme was rock and roll, the guys who were the actors were funny at times. Thay were probably the best part of the evening. The main course was a small portion of pot roast, carrots (that you could not chew) and mashed potatoes w/gravy. The meal was bad 👎. The dessert was dried chocolate cake. The proprietor was not very friendly and seemed frustrated when spoken to. All and all, the evening was great ,but only because of the company I keep. My friends made the night wonderful. Would not recommend to any one.

5 course meal is as exciting as it sounds. The appetizer was brilliantly unique, making a sandwich into an art form with an addition of the pineapple. A neat soup, a unique beat salad, really good quality roast beef, followed by a cake for dessert. It was a really nice combination of food and play, reminiscent of the old days. A unique experience. They don't take cards so one must carry around enough cash to cover the bill which in today's day and age is a bit odd.

This is a one of a kind business, so difficult to compare to others. The big difference is that there is no menu, and customers call ahead to place orders for things they like, or the specials that Cynthia offers, for every day meals or holidays. Cynthia is also very accommodating to host private groups, such as ladies lunch or family celebrations.
Vegetarian options: Customers can specify what they like, which allows for many options.
Parking: Parking behind the building is limited, but free street parking is available.

Our company Christmas party was held at Cynthia’s Murder Mystery themed event on pirate night. I would describe it as an interactive play. The staff were all kind, while putting on a show for 1.5 hours entertaining and interacting with our group, as pirates. The menu was 5 courses. The main course of pot roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, and caramelized carrots were amazing. Same with the dessert, some sort of yummy dense chocolate cake. The experience itself is alcohol free, and kid and family friendly. It’s a cute and wholesome event. The staff was passionate and kept the same energy from start to finish.
