Gravy was thinking more like warm milk, toast was not toasted at all hot piece of bread with melted spot of butter. Very disappointing when you don't get your meal as advertised. There was nobody else in line so it wasn't like they were rushing to get food out, I will not go to this location again.

Im not sure what’s going on with peoples work ethic. People used to take pride in their work.

My niece just got ripped off with a sad dipped cone that kind of looks like Jimmy Neutrons hair. These people want $15/hr 😂😂😂

The person didn’t even care that it was sad and looked like crap. Definitely not DQ standards.

It’s so terrible looking I made it into a meme and also posted it to socials and tagged DQ!

Will not be back to this location.

I normally don’t add reviews to anything but this was pretty bad.

I went through the drive through and one of the workers tried to give me my blizzard then said good night but didn’t realize I had food. Then it happened again with another employee gave me my second blizzard without food thinking that was all I ordered. The second blizzard was overflowing with ice cream.They gave me no lids for my blizzards. By the time I got my food my blizzards were melting and I was driving home and they were spilling all over my car 😕

We stopped here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. The fries were very soggy and almost cold, the burger was ok and the fried choke strip sandwich was swimming in mayo. To top it off, the women’s bathroom was disgusting. The toilets had dark rings in the toilet bowl, there were bits of paper towels on the floor and even a big false fingernail! As I went ba k t to our table I looked at the front service are and the floor was dirty as well. They definitely need to clean up their act.

Yikes! 20 minutes + waiting in the drive thru (we were 3rd in line) while 2 employees walked out the back. Then watched them throw out 2 ice cream cones they messed up - funny but kinda sad

The staff was young and could not work together, no manager and I had to ask several times for our order and then they couldn't seem to get that right. Very disappointed in this establishment
