Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. offers great service and food. The North Grants Pass location is the best, with employees who are friendly, polite, and always have a smile on their faces. The young woman who works the early morning drive through is an absolute delight and brightens every morning with her kind gentleness and warm smile. Another employee, Jess, is a beautiful soul who is really good at her job in customer service, drive through, and order pickup. Sam is always smiling and awesome when greeting customers. Ashley was a pro from the moment customers pulled into the drive-thru, being friendly and professional. Orders are never messed up or missing items, and the service is quick and courteous, knocking the drive through line down in record time. One customer had to wait an extra few minutes because they weren't cooking any chicken at the moment, but it was only like 5 minutes. The drive through was quiet with not much noise from the window. Customers recommend the biscuit and burrito on Saturday mornings.
