I don't like giving bad reviews, I love dutch, so I won't leave a bad start review, however whoever was working this thanksgiving morning I think was playing around. Never have had to wait 15 minutes for a drink. There was only 4 cars ahead of me. If I wouldn't have paid for my drink 5 minutes into my wait I would've left after ten minutes. But Thank you for being open today.

Been here pretty much every weekend the past couple months. The past few times have been pretty disappointing. The employees in the shop literally cannot hear your order bc they play the music so loud. This time there were maybe 5 inside and they were all screaming at each other. Very unprofessional. If you can’t hear your customers that should be a cue to turn the music down or off.

The music is so loud that they can't hear you (or each other). When we had questions about the menu, they couldn't hear us so of course they couldn't answer. They were smiling, but the service couldn't be good because of the noise. We were clearly confused and had questions. The drink has no milk in it but it tastes milky, like their machines are dirty or something. The manager was there and clearly was okay with the music being so loud that they can't hear customers or their coworkers. There are open shipment boxes (like new cups and things) outside the store which doesn't seem sanitary. We removed the automatic tipping setting on the app because there was no service worth a tip at this location.
If I were a lazy manager, I'd continue to run the shop this way because there's less work to do, you wouldn't have to answer customer's questions or take special orders, you wouldn't have to hire good workers, and you can rely on automatic tips/pressure from tipping culture. If I were a good worker, I'd quit because no matter what you do, you can't serve customers well in this environment. Being customer service oriented, or friendly with customers, isn't possible.

I've always liked Dutch Bros. The girl who waited on me was great but had to say "what?" at least 3 times during our interaction. I'm a rocker chick from the 70s so I like the music but if you can't hear the customers then maybe you should turn the music down just a skosh.
The drinks were tasty.
When I pulled out a stamp reward card from several years ago the girl said, oh we don't use those anymore, we use an app. I was not going to inconvenience the cars waiting behind me to install an app so I just went on my way. I was visiting this town, filled with a lot of geezers, so I wonder why they would use only an app for their Rewards. I'm from Silicon Valley so I'm very familiar with downloading and using apps but what do some of the other geezers in this town do if they want to use rewards? Go to the Human Bean? (Maybe they only use an app, as well?) jmo
