If I could give more than five stars, I would.
This food truck has easily become one of my favorite places to eat, and I find myself coming back again and again. The chorizo tacos are absolutely incredible and full of flavor, but honestly, I have not had a single thing on the menu that I did not love. El Callejón x Speedy’s Cantina is a family-owned food truck and cantina serving absolutely the best Mexican food in town. The owners are delightful, kind, genuine, and fun hosts who pour love into everything they make. The food is incredible, 10/10, and delicious. Specific praised dishes include the best fish tacos in town, amazing fajitas burritos, a delicious carne asada burrito, carne asada tacos, a carne asada torta, carne asada sopes, a flaming hot Cheeto carne asada burrito, chili rellano, and the hands-down best refried beans. Their habanero sauce, margaritas, and mojitos are also amazing.
The location features a food truck alongside a lovely indoor cantina and outdoor dining area in a small warehouse building. The space is atmospherical, immersive, and spotlessly clean, with a cantina bar and photo-op booth maximizing the experience. Portions are very girthy. It is a memorable and special spot for a meal, whether eating in, taking food to go, or even for catering.
