While a Stromboli for two says $16.95 it’s actually $24 something and when they tell you 15-20 min and you go in there 20 min later they say Sorry it’s still going to be 15-20 min

The waitress was very nice and we were served in a timely manner. The atmosphere was okay, it was cold, dark and the squeaky chairs were uncomfortable. The food however, was probably the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the spaghetti with marinara and a meatball and green beans. My boyfriend ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The food smelled strange when I received it and upon cutting open the meatball, I saw that it was a microwaveable lump that resembled (and tasted like) dogfood. The spaghetti was watery, there was a strange garlicky mush that dissolved in my mouth and the green beans still had the stems on them. I could only take a few bites and felt very bad for the waitress, as she seemed to tell I didn’t like it. My boyfriend’s chicken was incredibly dry, and the pasta was a bit bland. Overall, I could’ve prepared the same dinner much better for less money. The complimentary mint and the garlic bread
was the best part of the meal.

While picking up a door dash order at this restaurant we were treated like complete garbage!!! They ignored when the call button is pressed and refuse to allow dashers to wait inside out of the weather leaving pickup orders to sit out in the rain and if you try and wait out of the way in your car they come out and SCREAM at you to leave that it’s private property. After FOURTY FIVE minutes of waiting out in the rain our order was basically tossed through the pickup window at us. This is the 2nd horrible experience I have had with this restaurant as a dasher. The first one was when it was 109 degrees over the summer and I was yelled at by the owner to wait outside although the waitress told me I could sit inside until it was ready. I would highly recommend NOT supporting this business due to how unbelievably rude and disrespectful they are.

Food was excellent and great service. Tastes authentic, but portions are a little skimpy. I mean for $18 spaghetti and sausage, the plate was a little on the smaller side and left me still not full. Even the tomatoes sauce was on the light side.

The service was good. Our server was very friendly and polite and attentive to our needs. She did a good job. The food was not good. Nor was there much of it. We almost went somewhere else after just to feel like we ate dinner. “Very” over priced for the amount you get. I had the lasagna which was much thinner and smaller portioned than I have ever had. Sort of a saucy blob of marinara that was too sweet and devoid of flavor, with a tiny bit of ground meat, on a few flat pieces of pasta. (I should have taken a picture) The side was 9 whole string beans with the stems still on them. The owner came over and asked how everything was and I let her know about the stems and she said that she used to cut the stems off but customers kept thinking it was asparagus (huh?) so she stopped cutting the (non edible) stems off and now everyone loves them. She said now she only gets compliments about her green beans… (it seemed as though she was implying there must be something wrong with me for not liking the stems.) Sorry leaving the stems is just laziness. Don’t come here hungry or for good Italian food, you will be doubly disappointed, and much poorer.

Was hungry for Italian driving thru Grants Pass so we gave it a shot. Very over-priced for what you actually get. Spaghetti sauce was very sweet and didn't taste very "authentic" missing loads of seasonings. Small slices of garlic bread. Wasn't even full sadly.

I WENT TO HAVE DINNER IN THEIR RESTAURANT TODAY, I WAS GIVEN A STYROFOAM CUP AND WATERED DOWN SAUSE ON MY SPAGHETTI AND HARD GARLIC BREAD. THEN MY DINNER WAS GIVEN TO ME TO GO . I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN !!!

Amazing food with great service. You will need to be patient. The calzone is delicious and HUGE! The soups and salad are well made and delicious. Also, try the roasted garlic appetizer. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The waiter was super attentive even when it was busy. We got to meet the Chef. Come and eat here. You won't regret it!

Stopped into this restaurant during about a 40 minute layover was very impressed with how clean it was to be honest you don’t see that much these days and was excited to try the food. There was no one ahead of us and we were able to get our order in very quickly. After a few minutes of a wait another couple of guests came in and received their food and drinks before our sandwiches were made so that was a bit disappointing. But the server had said our bread was cut at least so we didn’t rush. I understand their order might have been a smaller dish than a sandwich. But after 30 minutes the bread was still sitting there with nothing on it and then the server was very rude as if we were being impatient and we left with no fuss no food and no refund. I am sure the owners don’t care what we have to say it’s obvious by how we were treated but just want to steer others away from this place
