Ruined Birthday and Terrible Customer Service
I am beyond disappointed with my experience on the jet boat tour. We arrived ridiculously early, specifically to secure front-row seats for my autistic son's birthday. Standing in line for that long was already a challenge for him, but we were determined to make his day special.
