I don't know the gentleman's name but he's helped me out twice. Great customer service. I will go back just to get his name and update this post about the great customer service he gave me and other customers. on the downside, The men's bathroom is disgusting. You can tell it's been neglected for a very long time.

Usually decent food and good customer service. This time was different. Complaining staff that they are very busy and slamming food/products down on the counters. At my point of view they were at a good work pace for the amount of customers. Counted 6 cars at the drive through and 8 in store customers at the busiest. Food was of poor quality, hard dry nuggets. Didn't want to complain as the gal had a gruff aditude when I asked for fry sauce saying she hasn't had time...

This is a totally functional KFC. The food is made right and it's done at the appropriate pace.Other than the fact that KFC has barely any choices anymore, the only thing really I find wrong with it is that the atmosphere inside is not great.
