Attended a special event at Del Rio Vinyards where Mama D’s was hosting dinner service. For the amount of people at the event, the wait time was impressive. We ordered the Caputo sandwich and the special flatbread pizza for the event. The flavor was impressive. When you imagine an authentic Italian sandwich, the flavor is incredible. Anyone who says anything bad about the food is probably the kind of person who puts ketchup on a hotdog, just saying.After reading some of the reviews I have come to the realization that they have no idea what an Italian beef sandwich is.Its supposed to be wet. Also no self respecting person puts cheese on it. The pizza, dogs, cold-cut sandwiches and beef's are great.The only thing, well only two complaints I have are that the dog buns are too large and throw off the bun...
