Absolutely delicious food, always fresh and made to order. The portions are more than plenty and a great deal for the price! The Mayjah Chicken plate is my go-to. Crispy, light, delicious chicken with amazing sauces on top, great steamed white rice and a tasty macaroni salad.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great eats and great folks :) can’t wait to try their other dishes, soon.

Today we went to Weekend Beer Company and there was a new food truck, Mayjah Flayvah. We ordered the Mayjah Chicken, it's a fried chicken dish with sweet Korean sauce, spicy mayo and a lime sauce. It came with perfectly sticky white rice and a macaroni salad. I want to say the chicken was fried like a pattaya chicken and that sauce combination was incredible.🀀 We eat out a lot and this was thee most flavorful dish I have had in a while. I mean the heavens opened up and I literally heard angels singing!πŸͺ½ The owner was charismatic and her overall vibe was super-rad, like with a cape πŸ¦ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ. So get over there so the heavens can part for you too. You're welcome in advance 😎

A fellow college student recommended I try Mayjah Flayvah’s teriyaki chicken and rice, saying it was better than Orchid Grill at the top of town. She also happens to work here, but she was right. The chicken was fresh, tender, and full of flavor. I honestly prefer this teriyaki over Orchid Grill’s. I think this will become a regular post-gym stop for me.

Best teriyaki chicken I have had! Not soaked in tons of sauce, rather perfectly flavored with their special blend. Atmosphere would be helped by some type of temp seating while waiting. Since it's a food truck, a board with their name (picture of plate etc) by street would also help bring people in. Look forward to next opportunity to come by! Jo
