Best teriyaki chicken I have had! Not soaked in tons of sauce, rather perfectly flavored with their special blend. Atmosphere would be helped by some type of temp seating while waiting. Since it's a food truck, a board with their name (picture of plate etc) by street would also help bring people in. Look forward to next opportunity to come by! Jo

Amazing food, I got the Mayjah chicken, great flavor, chicken cooked perfectly, some of the best I’ve had. Everything seems made to order but it was still very fast. Will be coming back when I’m in town again.

Was recommended Mayjah Flayvah from a native Hawaiian my wife works with. As someone who was missing mo’ bettahs in Utah and Island Boy’s in Corvallis I had high hopes. Boy did they not disappoint, I will continue dragging every coworker I can there to try it. Do yourself a favor and get some garlic chicken, spicy pork, and kalbi ribs in your life. I’m on my way to trying everything on their menu. Only food truck in town I feel like is worth the money and drive.

Hands down my favorite food truck in Grants Pass. It would be awesome if they opened up a restaurant! Their Kalbi Ribs and Poke Bowls are my personal favorites. Every time I get something food from here it’s always amazing! You gotta try them. Affordable and good portion sizes.
