Today we went to Weekend Beer Company and there was a new food truck, Mayjah Flayvah. We ordered the Mayjah Chicken, it's a fried chicken dish with sweet Korean sauce, spicy mayo and a lime sauce. It came with perfectly sticky white rice and a macaroni salad. A fellow college student recommended I try Mayjah Flayvah’s teriyaki chicken and rice, saying it was better than Orchid Grill at the top of town. She also happens to work here, but she was right. The chicken was fresh, tender, and full of flavor. I honestly prefer this teriyaki over Orchid Grill’s. I think this will become a regular post-gym stop for me.
