Driving through and stopped at this location. First no French fries with the happy meal!!! Second double cheeseburgers made so poorly that all of the condiments fell out. Will never stop at this location again. We stop several times in Grants Pass as a stop during our travels, worse experience ever!!!

I go often as I'm a local and its definitely not the same mcdonalds as it used to be. Kiosk ordering only, button locked bathrooms and i definitely WOULD NOT go later in the evening/closer to closing as the night shift is now a bunch of mexicans who barely speak english, the manager speaks enough to squeak by but doesn't understand some things and lets the employees take over as they are usually loud and have no care for customers, you'll be waiting 5 minutes for some ketchup they forgot or just forget about trying to eat in peace or have a family conversation. Other than it feeling like a fiesta party in there it was normal mcdonalds food & maybe abit faster service haha. P.s. if you read this far, the McDouble is the exact same as the double cheeseburger, but it's 30ish cents cheaper

Wow! just wow! I went to get food ordered paid and before I could get my food the power shut off! So they gave me half my meal and said I would get a full refund, then one of their employees come yelling at me to give the food back if I want a full refund? Fine I got to give it back and he rips the back outta my hand and starts yelling at me? I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism!!! Please McDonalds get your employees under control!!!

This is the second time I went here, and the second time they messed up my order. I did have big orders both times, but I was reassured both times my order was correct and it was not. Only the man wearing glasses in the drive thru was polite and had good customer service.

Placed my order, paid, and went to pick up windows and got my lunch. Was told to pull forward for my frappé. At the last widow, I waited over 5 mins! I finally honked my horn, and a short time later, my drink was delivered. I now know if I need lunch on my way to an appointment to not go there.

Just bought two ice cream cones for my grandson and myself. Voted number two for their cones - we wanted to compare it to number one Dairy Queen. Price is better but the custard ice cream was so overly sweet. Not as creamy.
