Good food and beverage. This was a good Ramen and bento. Little disappointed theat they didnt have miso Ramen and had to replace it with soy but all in all the place was good.
Atmosphere was okay and the service was amazing.

We love your restaurant and food but your server was so disrespectful and rude, not only to us but all the tables around us. He told a woman, to NOT sit down until he told her to, he didn’t refill a single drink ( 4 dollars for a coke with zero refills), he told my 7 year old she wasn’t allowed to ask for anything else until after I paid ( she wanted a Togo cup for soy sauce). Maybe he had a bad day, it happens to all of us, but it was an awful experience for us. Several people mentioned to him that you need more staff as he appeared stressed and the reply was, I’ll pass that along instead of, oh I’m sorry, how can I help….sad day for us.

Great service but not-so-great food. Arrived just after 5:00pm on a Saturday and waited about an hour for our food. To be fair, our waiter warned us of the wait, stating that there was a large to-go order and a big group order placed ahead of us. We ordered the edamame and sesame balls as an appetizer while we waited. Our waiter was very friendly and we were treated kindly by the other staff during our visit. Ordered the Hayabusa Roll, R&R Roll, Unagi, and the Oyako Don (rice bowl with egg, chicken, and onions). Seemed like the sushi rice was unseasoned and the Oyako Don lacked flavor. Enjoyed the Hayabusa Roll although the pieces were very large and awkward to eat in one bite. Prices were reasonable but the flavors just weren’t what we were expecting. The atmosphere was very modern, cool, and noisy. Plenty of street parking and also a free parking lot for The Haul restaurant nearby.

This place was good! Plus had a all you can eat option for a reasonable price. Definitely going back, and the have multiple locations.
Asked for a reservation, they said yes but they ask for a pre order so I called at least 10 times (not in a row) to make the pre order and they never answered again.

Best sushi in GP hands down.
Always a wonderful time at Musashi!
I love that they have GF tempura options!
If this chef doesn’t have Michelin stars he or she certainly should have.. The freshness of their food is unsurpassed and you do have to wait for it, but everything is made to order nothing is made ahead of time…we’ve eaten at numerous Japanese restaurants in numerous states and this is by far one of the best…if not the best
They took a long time to bring the food, and they attended a large reservation table before us, they should improve the waiting times
It's a very fun and cozy shop. Since the owner is Japanese, it is no different from Japan.
We visited Musashi for lunch right when they opened, eager to see if it lived up to the praise we had heard. The service stood out, our server was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all our menu questions.
The Food
• Chicken Gyoza – A standout appetizer! Light, crispy, and packed with excellent chicken flavor. The sauce was a perfect complement.
• California Roll – Fairly standard but enjoyable. The rolls were on the larger side, which made them a bit tricky to eat in one bite.
• Spider Roll – Delicious! The crab flavor was rich, and the crunchy texture added a nice contrast. A drizzle of eel sauce would have taken it to the next level.
• Yam Tempura Hand Roll – Another highlight. The sweetness of the yam paired beautifully with the other ingredients, while the crispy texture played well with the cucumber and the sweet-tangy sauce.
• Apple Pie Gyoza – A perfect ending to the meal. Light, warm, and crispy, with a delightful apple pie flavor that made for a fantastic dessert.
Overall, Musashi delivered a great dining experience with excellent service and some standout dishes. We’ll definitely be back to try more!
