Great service but not-so-great food. Arrived just after 5:00pm on a Saturday and waited about an hour for our food. To be fair, our waiter warned us of the wait, stating that there was a large to-go order and a big group order placed ahead of us. We ordered the edamame and sesame balls as an appetizer while we waited. Our waiter was very friendly and we were treated kindly by the other staff during our visit. If this chef doesn’t have Michelin stars he or she certainly should have.. The freshness of their food is unsurpassed and you do have to wait for it, but everything is made to order nothing is made ahead of time…we’ve eaten at numerous Japanese restaurants in numerous states and this is by far one of the best…if not the best
