I Make A 4hr Round Trip At Least Twice A Month To Feed My Soul With The Beef Phó. Been To Every Other Place In Between And In Opposite Directions And Nothing Comes Close To Saigon. Their Staff If Great, Friendly And Always So Very Patient With Me And All My Requests. Strongly Recommend You Try Their Food, It's Absolutely Delicious.
Southern Oregon has few Vietnamese restaurants, we went to this place in Grants Pass which offers decent food however didn’t exceed our expectations. We had Grilled chicken bahn Mi and salad rolls!
I was excited to find pho here in grants pass but was very let down when I finally got to try it. It was rather flavorless. I believe it had not had a chance to condense and develop flavor. The broth tasted like water. What a disappointment. This was back in 2023 I believe. I haven't had a chance to give it another try more recently. Perhaps it was a fluke that day. At least the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.
