A nice winery. Interesting blended wines, large selection of offerings. On the style of a CA winery in terms of atmosphere. Looks like a great event venue and they have summer concerts. We enjoyed a nice tasting however we purchased wines from smaller boutique wineries.

Beautiful grounds at Schmidt. The wide walkways wind through tall trees and lead to the taproom, covered outdoor areas and lush lawns. (Sorry there's only one picture. )We were there for an event and service was great. Recommended.

We contacted the Schmidt Vineyard by phone and email 4-5 months before we were hoping to host an event at their venue. We were constantly directed to email their event manager who never returned our emails or calls for 3 months. Finally, after pleading with a hostess to give him my contact and ask about their availability, I received a call from a man named Stephen who said he would call me back next day about the feasibility of the event. Stephen did not call the next day, so I called him again. He said he would call back with an answer within a few hours and never responded. I called him again and left a voicemail to which he never responded at all. Regardless of their availability, the customer service was disrespectful, especially after communicating the urgency of our timing after months of waiting for their response.

Cute vineyard with nice service- got some wine flights and a couple orders of pizza with salad. Pizza was a bit greasy but good, combo pizza is the way to go. Caprese was fresh but nothing to rave about. The ambiance of the vineyard was very nice with a good little path to walk to the pond. Good option to hangout with some family/friends for a relaxing day

I have been looking for a new wine club to join since moving here from Sonoma, CA. Schmidt checks all the boxes I am looking for. Good food, beautiful atmosphere that isn't stuffy and a large wine selection. Their tastings are not guided which can be an issue for some, I personally like it how they do it. There is a secret garden area that is a plant lovers dream.
Such a fantastic winery! The grounds are absolutely GORGEOUS and the building itself quite stunning. The wine selection is huge and the flights tasty. The food, oh man the food, was SO good! I couldn't think of anything negative if I tried! They have outdoor heaters when it's chilly and a fire pit. Bring a card game or book and prepare to relax in style!

Many delicious wines to choose from and you can taste before you buy. They had 2 excellent cheese and fruit plates and a tasty qasadilla plate.. but you had to go outside to order. Nice for a small group.☺
