We went into the subway on 6th street in Grants Pass on 2 different occasions, and a young man named Kai helped us. He....was....AMAZING!! His more than stellar customer service skills made our visit the best one I've ever experienced. It's not very often that I have a positive experience with most of the restaurants in Grants Pass because of the young kids they hire and their inability to interact with people the right way. Normally, I'm not even greeted when walking through the front door but they broke the mold with Kai. Subway is lucky to have him as an employee and should be thanking God for him. Lets just hope that they treat him as well as he performs. Thank you Kai for your amazing service!! You should be proud of yourself and don't ever sell yourself short!! Your going to do amazing things!!

It only takes a few minutes to get your order and they are usually really chipper.

I could not tell you how many times I have sat in this drive-through for 10 minutes with no one saying anything. Then when you go into the lobby, there’s nobody to be found. So crazy it’s abandoned but open.

This particular location has extremely rude personnel. I can’t believe how rude someone would be towards my wife in the service industry. They are often times not a very clean location either. Better luck going to one of the other three locations in town or for the best service Subway in Rogue River is amazing, owned by someone else. This employee was working 10/2/24 at 10:40am

This may be the only drive-thru restaurant where you can get something to eat for under $10. If you just get a sandwich and no sides, then it's like $8.99+ for a footlong. For me, that is 2 meals.

Would've walked out if wasn't for the tattoo guy who was amazingly friendly and professional. He was training a young guy who obviously didn't want to work. Took awhile and was just an overall chaotic experience. Place was dirty, vegetables were Frozen soggy so customers had to 4go. That's the fault of owner as ice was built up bad all over condiments holder. The bathroom was REALLY DIRTY! So didn't use it. This subway needs help bad! The footlong pretzel is a hard joke! Fine right out of oven but you hv to eat immediately!!
