Subway (Allen Crk Center)

How do you expect to have anyone who wants to work on AllenCreek Subway if the manager can't have the schedule posted more in advance than a day or 2, people have life's, children, doctors appt and it's a LAW to have the schedule made, complete and posted at least a full week to 2 weeks in advance, I will be calling the owner and corporate about this problem about the lack of responsibility of the store manager

The people who work here absolutely suck. They’re so slow and sit in the back and talk. I sat there for above 15 minutes without getting served.

What a disaster! Not clean… touching food with gloves that have touched everything else…and workers that don’t even acknowledge you.

Selection of meat was bad. No chopped steak. Lettuce was brown and whits, I asked for something that had green in it and she just stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I got the LAST 3 pickles. Basically, my Italian herb and cheese STALE roll was a leftover from yesterday. The sandwich just got tossed in the trash. No lunch for me today. This location once was good, but lately, it’s a mess. No one greets you when you come in the door. Sadly, I’ll go back to bringing my own lunch to the office in the future because this Subway on Allen Creek in Grants Pass is lower than substandard! Seriously, when I asked for more pickles and green lettuce, they wouldn’t bother to go in the back to restock! It appeared they were about out of everything.. it’s no wonder they now cover the meat section with that new stainless steel cover so you can’t see what you are ordering. And yes, I’ve been a customer for YEARS and I’m DONE!

The service was great! He was friendly and helpful and really tried to engage us while making our sandwiches. I was disappointed that the veggie patty was discontinued. A sandwich without meat should be a lot less than the meat ones. The comfy benches are a nice touch.

Always have top quality service here but the sandwhichs that we got last night gave me and my wife terrible stomach pain throughout the night.

Subways are Subways. It's all about who makes that sandwich. The kid down there now is legit. I've eaten more Subway lately than in quite a while!
