Selection of meat was bad. No chopped steak. Lettuce was brown and whits, I asked for something that had green in it and she just stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I got the LAST 3 pickles. Basically, my Italian herb and cheese STALE roll was a leftover from yesterday. The sandwich just got tossed in the trash. No lunch for me today. This location once was good, but lately, it’s a mess. No one greets you when you come in the door. Sadly, I’ll go back to bringing my own lunch to the office in the future because this Subway on Allen Creek in Grants Pass is lower than substandard! Seriously, when I asked for more pickles and green lettuce, they wouldn’t bother to go in the back to restock! It appeared they were about out of everything.. it’s no wonder they now cover the meat section with that new stainless steel cover so you can’t see what you are ordering. And yes, I’ve been a customer for YEARS and I’m DONE!

The service was great! He was friendly and helpful and really tried to engage us while making our sandwiches. I was disappointed that the veggie patty was discontinued. A sandwich without meat should be a lot less than the meat ones. The comfy benches are a nice touch.

Decent sandwiches and wraps for "fast food". I like that they are open until 10 for the late night "healthier" option dinners when you're too tired from work to cook. The employees are generally nice, a few times we have had a great employee who laughs and jokes with you. Allen Creek center Subway is a good decent joint to grab that yummy hit-the-spot sandwhich!!

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. The reps are only friendly with their regulars, and made it pretty obvious they didn’t want to help us but only did because they had to. Apart from the attitude given towards us, trying to get any help after our order was complete was a joke. Both reps were staying in the back and after about 10 minutes we finally received what we were asking for. If you aren’t one of their regulars try to refrain from coming to this location.Also would like to mention the cleanliness of the store. The floor has VISIBLE dirt to the point you can make out shoe prints. Multiple tables had not been wiped down, and the trash cans were full.The rep working at 4:30 on October 4th, 2022 was in the back playing on her phone.

Went their today and the girls that were working were both very argumentative about how I wanted MY sandwich and wouldn't let me make it a melt or pay for the cheese, horrible place to eat my sandwich was not even toasted cheese wasn't melted and the customer service sucked.
