I dont know who was working tonight, but for the first time in a very long time I truely enjoyed my food. Everything was fresh, the perfect amount of sauce and right amount of crunch. It was as good as it used to be pre corona. Keep up the good work and train your other employees the same way!!!

This Taco Bell cost considerably more than any other Taco Bell I have been too. The deluxe lux box is $5 dollars more than advertised price at all others. All items here have a large mark up. Drivthru service is often very slow and leaves cars out in the parking lot blocking the drive.

Whoever did this to my taco, why? Every time I come through here I have given you a generous tip. I have given some of you $20 as a tip. This is absolutely fowl. If you hate your job quit it! I work two full time jobs and would never dare be this petty because I’m lazy. Shame on you guys, I had hope in y’all. I’ve only had bad experiences with the overnight crew. The morning and afternoon crew is awesome!

Had my order called in and still sit in the lobby for 45 minutes while other people came and went before me and after me. They mainly pay attention to the drive up not to the people inside. They pick and choose what orders they want to do first instead of as they come in. Nobody seems to be in charge
Orders are always right. Mostly friendly staff through drive through. I never pick up inside. Limited human contact, priceless 🤪

Menu board replaced entirely by full-panel ads for the app & promotional items so you are entirely reliant on the self-service kiosk (intentional enshittification of services by corporations to save money by giving jobs to machines). Food was fridge-cold aside from the meat itself and there was barely any avocado sauce in the burrito.

Worst taco bell experience of my life! First of all my girl is 6 months pregnant and was craving taco bell steak (I'm not much for fast food anymore but it was late and pregnant women get what they want cause I'm that kind of guy) anyways we go this taco bell location in drive thru and our 2 dogs are in backseat with back window up so they won't bark at the drive thru attendant they barked 1 time when we pulled up to window I told them to stop and the dogs quit but the attendant did not yes that's correct the drive thru attendant kept barking back at my dogs and said she couldn't stop. The food was cold and order was incorrect including the most important thing! The steak chalupa she wanted and craved was chicken! Ruined this poor mama's night she was crying about the steak. That's just messed up all she wanted was the steak and all taco bell did was screw up the order and bark at our dogs! I will never go to this location again, will go to Terry lane!!! Allen creek sucks!!!

The service is always terrible, the food is wrong 3 out of 5 times. When ordering, the staff has to constantly ask what you had JUST said to them. It appears that there has been a lazy spell casted upon the kitchen staff when night shift starts. It’s unfortunately the only Taco Bell on the redwood side of grants pass so like always, we trust to have AT LEAST a good experience and EVERY TIME we are let down. Don’t trust them, the other Taco Bell’s are cheaper in prices and you might actually get the food you paid for!! For reference , tonight , I asked for no lettuce on my taco, which they didnt, but they proceeded to also give me NO MEAT! I paid 20 bucks for bread
