The drive-thru was extremely backed up, people were backing out and driving off to a different location. We decided to go in and there was a lobby full of people waiting for their food. We were waiting to order but nobody came to the counter come to find out one of the people waiting for their food so we had to order off of the kiosk. I like to have personal connection when it comes to ordering my food not no stupid computer. But I had to have a customer tell me how to order my food. Not one of the workers. Very disappointed in Taco Bell as I really wanted tacos for dinner ended up going to Red Robin instead.

Ordered for pick up. Drove up to see the doors being locked with customers inside at 7:30 am. I knocked on the door and someone came to tell me the lobby was closed and to go to the drive thru. The meal was 5 feet away from us during this conversation. So, I drove around and the rude girl at the window practically threw the bag at me. Wanting a dining room and some hot sauce went next door to mcdonalds sat down and ate my meal which was not filled correctly. I guess I don't expect much from the taco bell but it would have been nice to get what wanted at least
