“I walked inside after midnight and they said they were closed. The lobby was not locked.
I got trapped in the drive through for 30 MINUTES ordering a single item, late at night.. dang. It just seems like they need more staff to be able to deal with the surge.
It seemed busy for the time, but the 2 or 3 people were working their hardest to fill some large orders for whole families.“
“When I'm on the go, Taco Bell is the place to go. Running down hwy to visit relatives and needed a pick me up stopped in at this Taco Bell as each store delivers pretty consistently good food, reason price with good service. This location is extremely busy drive though and it seemed foot traffic service suffers the better service. Food was good as usual, portions generous but the customer service was missing the 'glad you came to our store' attitude I get from other stores.“
