“I’ve lived in GP my whole life, and eaten at this Taco Bell hundreds, probably thousands of times at this point. The staff is always friendly and efficient, the wait is always reasonable - save for occasional staffing issues - and most importantly, the food is ALWAYS on point.
They never, ever, ever make a mistake on my order. The few times they have they’ve gone above and beyond to correct, like full replacement order with bonuses kind of fixing. I often get a “welcome back” from some particular staff members, which I really appreciate at these brutal service jobs.
I do occasionally find my food is a little “lightweight”, so better training could probably be done to ensure consistency.
I’ve been with you guys a long time as a loyal customer so it’s time I pay my dues!“
“I really enjoy Taco Bell! The menu has a great variety of options, and the flavors are always satisfying. The food is fresh, and I appreciate the quick service. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes the drive-thru can be a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty and convenient meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
