I waited to rate this place in case it was a fluke, but goodness, every time I come here everything is flavorful and delicious.Sure, it's another food truck, but something about this one stands out.There hasn't been a single item ordered that I haven't enjoyed. Even getting the loaded fries, they kill it. On the money, every time.(The fries don't warm up as leftovers well, and there's a lot for note)The dude that runs the front is also great. He jokes...

I just ate here for the first time and they have the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life. You can tell the detail that was put into seasoning and cooking the food. I am definitely making this place one of my regulars.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burrito and a few others vegetarian

Wheelchair accessibility: The outside dining is in the parking lot with tables and canopy so wheelchairs can roll right up to the tables for dining.
