1st Time visiting, google Map directions wanted me to take a long round, but I still got there. Parking is definitely a challenge, very full but well lit up parking lot and surrounding area. I was warned ahead of time. Come in place your order at the counter, then go find a seat. We were meeting upstairs with a group of ladies, beautiful place for a private meeting or event all the food that I saw on our tables looked delicious. I had the Margarita Pizza Wonderful 😋 our host / later dave was wonderful 🎉 Definite. Ly worth going and checking out because we'll become back 🎉❣️

I got a barbecue pulled sandwich with French fries and they charge $2 extra to get a little dip of ranch dressing for the price, I think you should just give that since you give ketchup, what's the difference anyway? The drinks were expensive too, and it was my sandwich was really dry. It needed more barbecue sauce. But it's an o k place to go if you like noise and bar food

the drinks were not watered down and the rosemary garlic fries were delicious. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and didn't realize how the order process worked and had to ask, but otherwise really good food and service.

This was my first time at The Haul. The experience was 10/10! We ordered pizza, which was so tasty! Darian was so pleasant! She was genuinely kind! In my opinion, all other people in customer service need to take a page from her book 🙌

Best Pizza in town!! Most of the food is really great, good rotating beer selection. Only place they really lack is in the service seems like lots of turnover but the pizza is worth it!

This short blonde that works there is a total jerk and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. She totally ignored me and my friends and wouldn't take our order as she was more interested in being hit on rather than doing her job. Ended up getting served by another much nicer lady. I don't think I can recommend this place until they address their employees being rude and purposely ignoring paying customers. I don't know the vibe In that place is kinda weird too hard to put a finger on it but the vibes are definitely off at this place
