We ate here over the Christmas holiday. Everything was delicious. They make the bread in-house and it's so good. I will definitely eat here again. They also bring your bill out in a vintage book that you can sign. I thought that was a neat touch.

Went to dinner for a private party of 9 people, was asked by management to arrive by 3:30 to assure seating for 9. I believe the whole time we were there 4 other people showed up. To be honest 3:30 was too early for dinner, I know now we would have been fine showing up at 5:30-6ish. The food was good, a little pricey so be prepared. Our group goes once a year. Im coming from about 50 miles away but we dine in Grants Pass twice weekly.
We showed up to a pretty empty restaurant with ample open seating but we weretold there was a 20-30 minute wait. We got a table 20 minutes later we had great service but all of the food was sub par tasting precooked and reheated. Rubbery steam clams and my chicken parm was super sweet and rubbery as well. The pork roast was the best dish but was rather dry and looked as if it were just slapped on the plate in a haste. Quite a disappointing dining experience ?

This place was amazing! The food was so good and the service even better. Very accommodating to food allergies. Their cocktails were delicious and the waitress knew what wine pairings went best with their dishes even with modifications.Vegetarian options: Online their menu has the markers for gluten free and vegetarianDietary restrictions: They were very accommodating to gluten and dairy free

I had the pleasure of dining here for the first time tonight. The service was fantastic and the food was wonderful! I was offered gluten free bread and had the gluten free fish and chips. My husband had the dinner special, balsamic pork. We also had a citrus salad.Thank you Sue for being so friendly and attentive and compliments to the chef, Nico, for an absolutely beautiful dish! We will be visiting again!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was 15ish minutes. Food was about $25 per person. The lemon chicken dish was a pleasant surprise. The Alfredo is very herby, still pleasant, but just not very alfredo-ey. Overall a decent experience. We may go again sometime and try something else. Thanks for dinner, The Vine. :)
Tried to call in an order but the phone wouldn't ring though. Showed up to do the order waited 15 mins to be told the manager ( who was rude and wouldn't even look at me) they were not doing to go orders but yet the guy in front of me was there for a to go order.

While I would not dispute the ratings that other people left as I previously would have left similar reviews. Tonight was awful from the beginning when walk in customers were seated before us even though we were right on time for our reservation. The hostess brought the water and eventually our waitress came and took our drink and food order. Normally we decide on our drinks and when they are brought out we order food. She did bring our drinks and said she would be back with our bread. After waiting a while the bus boy brought out the bread. A different waiter brought our food and of course he didn't know who had what and got it wrong (little concern). Had to flag down the waitress to get boxes for leftovers. She did ask about dessert which we declined and brought our check. The rest went promptly. Oh the food was not to the standard that I have come to expect here. The lasagna had one layer of pasta and the sausage had been over cooked. Practically everyone seemed lost with no purpose, simply bouncing here and there aimlessly. We were not the only customers that seemed distressed over service and food. There seemed to be no one in charge and the inmates were not doing well running the place.Parking: It was there .
Attended a birthday party there and I absolutely loved the chicken carbonate. My friend ordered fish and chips and said it was 'ok'.

Everything was great until we went to pay our bill. My brother had a gift card, that was bought before new management. I live in SC so I didn’t know this. Our $50 gift card was refused. Poor customer service/relations not to offer us any discount. Experience left a very negative impression of this new manager!!
