I do Door Dash and I went in at 11:45am to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 12:05pm. I arrived and it wasn’t ready. I received another order while waiting for the first order that was supposed to be ready at 12:30 to be picked up. I didn’t receive either order until 2pm. I watched numerous employees just walking around doing nothing and one putting orders together at the speed of a snail. new remodeled restaurant very clean
I went there on 6/15 at 7:02pm with 7 cars in the drive threw and waited till 8:16 till I finally got my COLD food! I gave it another trie today and the same issue I sat for 30 min and I left! Sad bc I really like Wendy’s
