Worst service I ever had at Applebee's! I think they had the dishwasher bring me my food ! Her service was Exemplary could not help me enough so she got the 10dollar tip give that gal a rase !Will never go there again !

there was a lot of space, and we were told to wait, I was not impressed with this place

Did a take out order. Curbside delivery. They have 3 spots to park. no big deal there. App said order would be ready at 7pm. At 7, It showed done. I pulled up at 6:58. @ 7:02 they brought out food for the car that pulled up on my right(I was in middle spot of the 3) he leaves I wait. @ 7:15 I go in there and my food is just sitting there and nobody is around. When finally someone comes over to the register (about 3-5 minutes) I give my name. Which I could have just read what the receipt said and not been the the person. She slides over over says "here u go". I said" I thought you guys bring it to the vehicle?" She said "we do" then I said " I've been waiting for 10 minutes when the order said ready" she looks over to a tv screen which you can perfectly see my black ford mustang in. (I had my purple under glow kit on), then she says. "Uh, I don't know." WTH is wrong with people. This isn't service. I tipped 12% as well. I'm trying not to be a Karen, but this is the second time this has happened. I only gave them( Gresham Applebee's ) another shot because my sister got me a gift card for Christmas. I won't be back. And I recommend others keep driving. There are way better options out there. The food was ok other than being cold. I live 8 minutes away. That's the only reason my overall score got 1 star

Nothing wrong with how the food tasted it was amazing, the bacon cheese burger I ordered and the mozzarella sticks, tasted fantastic! The service was good but the lady serving us didn't talk too much no big deal. The reasoning for 4 stars is after I ate here for whatever reason I got food poisoning three days after eating my meal here, was pooping liquid all of those days and had horrible stomach pains not sure what happened but maybe something wasn't cooked all the way or cross contamination with raw meat? Not sure, but I wouldn't say don't go here this is more so for the workers to see to be aware like I said my burger tasted amazing.

The staff here is awful. High school theater group goes for food after their show and immediately treated badly by wait staff. Even yelled at them. Get therapy before you yell at a buncha kids. It's not like they're out in the streets or drinking, they want french fries your weirdos. Don't take your crap out on them.

I don't know who's genius idea it was but when a meal is ordered.... you aren't supposed to mix everything together in the same bowl for a to go order.

You ruined a 22$ meal because you weren't raised right. Get your stuff together.

Broccoli does not get mixed in like a goulash with shrimp fettuccine ... just a heads up.

My school’s theatre department had our closing night dinner and the servers were efficient under the pressure of a packed restaurant and Tony was so nice. He was hospitable, consistently checked in on us and was very considerate.
