I've never gotten anything bad there. Usually I get the quesadilla burger or the 2 4 25 steak. I used to get the 6 oz, but they don't have that anymore. They raised it to the eight ounce and added five more dollars on.I was a little disappointed when I saw that but I still wanted the steak.Once I got the sake, it was one of the best eggs I'd ever had. Our waiter Rick was very personable as well

I ordered on uber, but my order was so bad I needed to take it here as well. My order of the street burban steak with mushrooms and a garlic cheese topping has to be the worst thing I’ve been served EVER. To start I didn’t even have to open the container to see they didn’t give me the garlic cheese topping sauce at all. The mushrooms are closer to raw than cooked and the streak itself it’s just meh and not at all how I asked for it to be cooked in my order. They’ve forgotten the topping sauce on previous orders so I even paid for extra this time just to make sure it was there and lo and behold nope still missing. The worst part is I’ve been to Applebees that were good before but this one in particular clearly has management that doesn’t care for their customers and chefs that frankly don’t belong in the kitchen.

This is a 5 star Applebee's. Applebee's isn't amazing right? But this is as good as they get. Reliable. Clean. Food is cooked properly, decent enough drinks. If you wanna go to Applebee's this is a good enough one to go to.

The food is good, but the girls who are seating people in front are very rude, especially the ones who work on Friday afternoons. They don't greet people, they spend their time talking and on their phones.

I ordered online for pickup. As with other posters here, I was ignored while I stood there waiting. A waitstaff member had let the kitchen know that I was waiting but the kitchen chose to completely ignore me. After 10 minutes of waiting and at least 15 after my order said ready, someone finally came out. They had 2 orders in hand. They spoke to the person waiting BEHIND me. Then just handed me the other order and walked away. I had to stop them and ask for MY order. They then pulled my order from the cupboard where it had been sitting the whole time. A blonde which included cream. All they had to do was ask my name when the waitstaff let them know I was there. Shout from the kitchen if you’re that busy. ANYTHING would have been better than this. Cold sauce and stale blonde.

I recently visited Applebee’s and had a very enjoyable experience. The food was served hot and tasted great—flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying. The service was also impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a comfortable place to dine. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as the restaurant was tidy and well-kept. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love their riblets, and my husband loves the cajun pasta with chicken and sausage. We have been there several time with groups of 14-18 and they were very accommodating. Great staff. We had a great time!

Wasn’t slammed but sat there waiting forever for anyone to serve me or offer a drink as I watched waitresses walk by, rolling napkins, talking to each other so I just left. Service really has died hasn’t it?!
