I never do reviews, but I felt so bad for this girl. It was on 3/5/25 around 5:45pm. I was doing a DoorDash delivery and I felt so bad for this girl who had darker color hair, caucasian. It was a ponytail, but probably about shoulder length with purple color in it. Her coworker was so rude to her while they were trying their best with a team of four. He was potentially Hispanic with black hair, kind of in a mullet cut. She was doing her best, trying to man the front and someone called and complained that the bag was overfilled and exploded everywhere in their car. More conveniently it someone who used a wheelchair so he couldn’t clean it up because of his disability. She told her coworker that happened and the gentleman said it was the customer’s fault. I felt so bad for her because he back talked to her and he said it’s a customer‘s fault and not his. Last time I checked because I have eyes he is the one bagging everything while she’s trying to man the front and making sure that he’s picking the right food. It was even to the point he wouldn’t help clean up his mistake, and SHE had to go outside and help the gentleman who was frustrated. She tried her best to tell him that he should be more considerate of other people and be careful next time because that could’ve been a lot worse. Yet, he’s still completely declined her reasoning and said it was a customer’s fault. I felt so bad for her because she was trying her best to make everybody happy and he kept on just saying it was a customers fault or ignoring her when she asked him to do something or help with some orders she was tasking in because she was helping him with his orders. I didn’t get her name, but she was so delightful and I was very happy that her and the three girls were there to help this one gentleman out because he was so rude to the whole entire staff.

Just finished a road trip cross country where every Arby's had a deal 4 for $10 on the roast beef. This location did not. Also ordered a French dip and Swiss meal where we weren't told until the food was already handed to us that they were out of the dip and didn't give us the drink for the meal either. Very annoyed with this location.

The drive through cashier was very nice. We waited for a while for our order. I figured it was the Mozzarella sticks cooking time. It was, my daughter's mozz sticks were hot and fresh however my order suffered from this wait and my curly fries were cold and sandwich was luke warm at best. It's a bummer because we drove 30+ minutes just to get there. I know things happen but they could have waited to bag my stuff until the mozz sticks were done. We love Arby's and it's a special treat when we go into town. We will be back just an unfortunate visit.

Currently stuck in line because they won't offer there daily value menu that's on there site. Be aware! There always slow, but now I'm stuck in line waiting just to get out of line. 10 minutes so far!
Ordered 3 burgers, fries and a shake to go. Waited over 30 mins for our meals and observed as the employee greeted and served his friends and over a dozen drive-thru orders in an empty restaurant. The reason for the wait was "the ice cream was getting ready". Upon receiving our cold food, the employee "forgot" the fries. Very disappointed with the service. Food was mediocre quality as it had to be reheated. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Placed an online order at 11:12am, for noon pick up. Received confirmation. Went to the Gresham store pick up food at noon. Had to wait for food until 12:20! While waiting for my order, I saw an employee pick up a bag that was on the floor, and set on the fry station. Hope that wasn't my order! When I got my order, one of the bags was so soaked in grease, I asked for a new bag, because I was concerned it might rip before I got it home. No sauces that were requested, provided. Requested no salt on regular fries, they were salted. Found a hair in one of the classic roast beef sandwiches! There were 5 people working at this store. Staff were not well trained. Very poor customer service! Other customers were not pleased how long it was taking to get food.

This one was difficult for me because the people were so nice to me.. but not only did I wait for 7 minutes at the speaker at the drive through till I had to say something for them to know I was there... but they really took a long time to make my food. Like they legitimately had to go find a cow and butcher it and grind the meat to form the patties to then cook and serve my food to me...but hey at least it came to me hot!
