Drive thru was very fast. Gamal at the window was the most friendly and kind server. He made us feel so welcomed. He gladly added on our requests. Bagged order per our instructions. His smile was radiant. Such a nice employee. He makes you want to come back. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Food was great, and good value for what we got. I ordered $50 worth of food for the family, and when I arrived to pick the order up, it was in two bags. When I arrived back to eat with the family, the bottom of one bag was very oily. It had been poorly packaged and the sauce in one of the sandwiches had spilled into the bag due to it being tipped on its side. Overall, not a big deal. The restaurant location was fine, fairly easy to access right off the road, and it was clean inside, even after the lunch hour. There was no line when I arrived to pick up my order (1:00pm).

Came in Tuesday around 1 on my lunch break to order my lunch took 10 mins for the assistant manager to notice I was standing there because she was on her phone and talking to a coworker about her upcoming wedding “took even longer to get my food!” When she did finally notice me she was extremely rude and short with me didn’t repeat my order or even give me a receipt resulting in my order being incorrect. I ordered the number 4 but got the smoke house brisket that I do not like because the smoke flavor is too strong! I would have gone back to the counter to get my order corrected but because “the unprofessional assistant manager” took so long to take my order and gave me the incorrect food and was so rude I just tossed out my food and walked out. I was late returning to work and didn’t get to eat lunch. I work road construction and eating a good lunch is essential. I will not return to this location until it’s under new management or even at all! This woman makes your store look bad I would consider replacing her before you lose more customers! No wonder you only have a 1.8 rating on Google!

Me and a group of friends went to wendy's for lunch but ended up moving to go eat at the arby's since the soda at wendy's was flat and they ran out of ketchup. I went up to go get a refill from the soda machine when one of the employees said something about not being able to get a refill since i was filling a wendy's cup with soda from an arby's. Then before me and my friends left we went to go get refills when the same employee suddenly started yelling at us to get out and threating to call the police to get us trespassed... over some soda refills.🤦♂️ i get that we were having wendy's food at an arby's, but i had done this before once and the employees were chill and laid back about it, but some of your employees really need some anger management.

Unfortunately they were having some issues my last visit that caused a bit of a delay but the food was delicious and the guy working the drive-thru was very friendly and polite

I never do reviews, but I felt so bad for this girl. It was on 3/5/25 around 5:45pm. I was doing a DoorDash delivery and I felt so bad for this girl who had darker color hair, caucasian. It was a ponytail, but probably about shoulder length with purple color in it. Her coworker was so rude to her while they were trying their best with a team of four. He was potentially Hispanic with black hair, kind of in a mullet cut. She was doing her best, trying to man the front and someone called and complained that the bag was overfilled and exploded everywhere in their car. More conveniently it someone who used a wheelchair so he couldn’t clean it up because of his disability. She told her coworker that happened and the gentleman said it was the customer’s fault. I felt so bad for her because he back talked to her and he said it’s a customer‘s fault and not his. Last time I checked because I have eyes he is the one bagging everything while she’s trying to man the front and making sure that he’s picking the right food. It was even to the point he wouldn’t help clean up his mistake, and SHE had to go outside and help the gentleman who was frustrated. She tried her best to tell him that he should be more considerate of other people and be careful next time because that could’ve been a lot worse. Yet, he’s still completely declined her reasoning and said it was a customer’s fault. I felt so bad for her because she was trying her best to make everybody happy and he kept on just saying it was a customers fault or ignoring her when she asked him to do something or help with some orders she was tasking in because she was helping him with his orders. I didn’t get her name, but she was so delightful and I was very happy that her and the three girls were there to help this one gentleman out because he was so rude to the whole entire staff.
