Good ol' Baja Fresh. First time back to a Baja in About 10 years. The food is good, same as always. Burrito Ultimo is big, filling and tasty. Service was goid. Wasn't very busy at all. Seemed to be only 2 or 3 people working, which was sufficient for customer needs.

Ordered food, tipped when ordering for a to go order like a sucker. Then sat and stared at my order bagged at the pass for 5 minutes while the nachos got soggy and the salad wilted. Place was empty. No idea why the guy didn't just hand it to me. Got home, salad had no dressing.
BF has good QC across stores so the food was as expected, service disappointing.

The employees greeted us quickly and even spoke spanish which was great for my parents. We got chicken, shrimp, and fish entrees. The food was hot and fresh and all the sides were fresh and stocked up. It was a very pleasant experience.

I always have a good experience here. Fresh food, great portion sizes, free serving of chips and free salsa bar unlike the other similar place in town. The only lost star is because sometimes they get pretty behind on cleaning tables-floors-bar. Other than that it’s a 5-star joint.

This location has horrible service. Management doesn't know how to run a store, employees don't know what they are doing. Food was all gross.
I love Baja fresh.... But the way they're doing it here is nasty. They are also rude, when someone has a complaint you shouldn't immediately have claws out.
If the owner or someone is reading this. Train your employees better and get a better manager in there asap, because your losing money and people are avoiding this location.

It was full of wet slimy lettuce, the chicken was mashed up, dry and stunk 🤢 Beans and rice had with no cojita on top. The Tortilla was dripping moments after I got it, they refused to give me a refund. I wasn't being rude, I just said honestly dude... Look at it. And her response was "what" and I can't give you a refund because nothings wrong.
They can't tell that the food is bad, the quality of service is not good here. I'm never going back here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We ordered one chicken and one steak burrito from Baja Fresh. Cost $24. Both burritos were packed with too much rice and large pieces of pepper that would have been OK if it were chopped smaller. After we pulled out the rice and the large pieces of pepper, there were only a few very small pieces of meat left in a large tortilla so we threw them away. Very disappointed so we won’t ever order from Baja Fresh again.

This restaurant never fails to please. The food is hot, fresh and bountiful. You never leave hungry. And the crew at the BF in Gresham are above and beyond friendly and helpful.
The best place in the world. I love Baja Fresh. I have never had a bad experience with them. I don't care for their prices BUT the level of service and attitude of their employees make me not complain about pricing. The prices aren't too high I'm just cheap???. But I never complain about Baja Fresh because everything is fresh and everyone's attitude who works there is always so great. No matter what store I go to.

We love this location on Civic Drive in the Gresham Station shopping center. The atmosphere is always relaxing, spacious and clean. The salsa bar is amazing. The food is fresh, not from cans or frozen, and mostly local I believe. Most of the menu items are health promoting such as guacamole, mango salsa and other fresh items provided here. The employees are happy, friendly and high vibe. The menu prices are budget friendly and they do offer a points program as well. Our fave restaurant for date night!

I enjoy the Enchiladas Rojas special. The Gresham location staff are so nice and friendly.
Sat on hold for almost 20 minutes trying to order. I could hear several other customers being taken care of. Hung up and tried calling back several times only to get a busy signal. Which means the phone was still sitting there un attended
