I’m a regular customer. We come every Tuesday. This is my last time coming here. Asked for two scoops and not only was she trying to over charge me, she gave me the wrong flavors! I went off to the side to admire the cakes and wasn’t paying attention but it’s not worth the fight and the “she said he said” energy tonight. Very disappointed. It’s like she was disgusted every time I opened my mouth.
Also, not to mention when I got home I noticed it wasn’t even a full scoop! What a weird interaction. I’m not sure what I did wrong to the staff but they seemed to have an issue with me and I’m flabbergasted as to why. They are always mad and rude for no reason. I scanned my app and normally I always get my visit added. I checked after this interaction and I noticed she didn’t even accept the code or pull up the proper screen to accept the code. What is their deal? Snake behavior.

I feel like the store manager can do so much better with their employees instead of standing and talking while there is no customer maybe start cleaning the front and all the tables down for when customers walk in it looks much more presentable! And stocking the ice cream on the trays when it’s running low prior. For some reason ice is very melting it doesn’t last long when it starts dripping.

This is just horrible, I ordered it through Uber, it arrived with hair, and what happened to the waffles????? why are they in such a condition????? I will never order again and I will not recommend it to anyone!

Last time I came with my two daughters &they get 1 kids scoop 1milk shake. when I try to pay my card was declined because of my son order online international, so they luck the card for security. But I don’t know that& I don’t have cash with me. I ask them to take my ID & let me go to my bank &pay you back .
My girls was already start eating.The worker called her manager & she said no put it back get the money & you can get.
I was like very sad . Finally one customer heard our chat pay for me. I say thank you & I will pay you back she said no. My heart was broken by the workers & the manager but the lady that pay for me was an angel.

I hate the thought of leaving a negative review for a Gresham business but…
I came in here a couple of times. Usually I receive good service from the employees that work there. Unfortunately, the owner has very poor manners and lacks proper customer service to the customers that come in. She is rude, loud and has such a bad vibe! Our community deserves better from our small businesses. Us customers are the back bone of this area and keep these businesses afloat. She needs to show some respect or close her doors.

What a joke. I order a waffle Cone with ice cream.
Also ordered my daughter a small kids scoop...
It's the same size! Why am I charged so much more,shouldn't the cone be filled?

I am assuming I walked into the shop in the middle of some employee dispute because there were three employees avoiding eye contact; no greeting whatsoever for about 3 minutes.. Then one asked me what I wanted with the fanciest eyeroll.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. I came here with my girlfriend to get ice cream. She got one scoop. I wanted multiple scoops of different flavors so I asked for the large container. The worker then tried to make me feel bad because there was customers behind me (one other person). Because of her attitude, I told her that I didn't want anything. She then told me that she was "just joking". I still refused. I paid for my girlfriends ice cream. On the way out, I could hear her complaining about me to the following customer. When I called to get the number for the district manager and/or corporate, I was told that they don't have those numbers. I will NEVER shop at this location again. I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE I know to not shop here!

The staff was very helpful. I haven't been to Baskin and Robbins in years but decided today was the day. As I'm disabled I have mobility issues. The young lady at the counter was so patient with me and answered all my questions with confidence. When I paid she even took my purchase to my car so I wouldn't fall trying to do it by myself.

I love Baskin Robbins. It's been my go to for sweet ice cream since I was a kid. I'm giving the products 5 stars. Not going to take away stars but on 6/4/23 around 6:30pm only two teenage girls were working, no one in the store and they were talking a solid 5 mins before one even acknowledged our presence. The other looked annoyed about them being interrupted. Anyway just do better on customer service, the younger generation needs to learn that. Otherwise any other time we have been on has been wonderful!!
