The staff was very helpful. I haven't been to Baskin and Robbins in years but decided today was the day. As I'm disabled I have mobility issues. The young lady at the counter was so patient with me and answered all my questions with confidence. When I paid she even took my purchase to my car so I wouldn't fall trying to do it by myself.

My husband and I just went to the Gresham location and bought 2 single scoop cones and were charged $17 and change (store was not busy). My husband doesn’t speak English well and gave the young girl a $20. After we left he said those were sure expensive cones for more than $17. When we got back to our hotel, I called the store and told them what happened and their till is going to be over tonight as we were way over charged and it’s too far to come back so it looks like they got a big tip. The girl never even apologized for the error

Terrible management. The lower level employees I've interacted with were all pleasant. We ordered a graduation cake two days in advance. The cake we ordered was from the Baskin Robbins graduation cake selection. When we went to pick up the cake they had forgotten(?) to put any of the graduation decorations on it. It was also incorrectly frosted and assembled. I have had several ice cream cakes made before two of which were from a Baskin Robbins and it has never been constructed like this or had the issues this one did. When asked about the fact it was supposed to be a graduation cake the employee working said that she didn't know about how to get the graduation decorations because that's her bosses job. She called her boss who helped her locate a graduation hat decoration for the cake and nothing else. The employee was nice but obviously was unprepared to handle it. The employee offered apologies her boss did not. No discount or refund was offered. There was not time to get another cake so we had to make do.

I love Baskin Robbins. It's been my go to for sweet ice cream since I was a kid. I'm giving the products 5 stars. Not going to take away stars but on 6/4/23 around 6:30pm only two teenage girls were working, no one in the store and they were talking a solid 5 mins before one even acknowledged our presence. The other looked annoyed about them being interrupted. Anyway just do better on customer service, the younger generation needs to learn that. Otherwise any other time we have been on has been wonderful!!

Great service always, even when they are slammed, which they always are in the summer. They did a re design inside and it looks great. So many different flavors and different confections available.

I went in about a month ago.....about 5 minutes before they closed. (I know, that would irritate me also - only I had had the WORST DAY & no one else makes banana splits). I apologized for coming in so late and asked if they could still make me a banana split.......she could have said no! However, she agreed and started to make it. She asked me if i wanted nuts & I said no. She asked if I wanted compote & I said yes. She smothered it in whip cream & when she rang me up with my card, the most it would allow was a $2 tip - so I gave her $3 cash also. That's a $5 tip for a $7 item. When I got home, she had literally poured half a million nuts on there and ZERO COMPOTE! If it had been one or the other I would chalk it up as an accident, or being late. But BOTH? NO WAY!! She intentionally made my banana split the opposite of how I wanted it. Maybe I'm a Karen for complaining about it, but I would have respected her simply telling me it was too late for her to serve me than be all passive-aggressive and make my order opposite to how I asked for it. Not only was it an added disappointment to a horrific day, but a waste of $13. I have tried to reach a manager, but she is never there and doesn't seem to return phone calls. I would recommend going to Safeway and making your own......because employees who do stuff like that, are also the ones who spit In food as well. Not mature, not good customer service skills!

Ice cream is my favorite, and I love taking my grandbabies for a treat like my grandma did with me! This location is excellent, everything is fresh, and the staff is friendly and fast! Every time my grandson scores a goal playing soccer, we go for ice cream
Nice customer service and great ice cream options. I think the custom cakes are really good. The people who leave one star on here are just mad because their life is difficult.

DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM CAKES FROM HERE… I ordered a custom photo cake for my husband and I’s wedding anniversary and it came out so bad. The cake was supposed to have a real photo of my husband and I and it came out blurry, no one called me and asked for another photo, they just made the cake with a blurry image… Very disappointed and wish I could give zero stars.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my dad’s birthday. I didn’t expect it to be pixel perfect but the cake I received compared to the cake I ordered was really sad. Huge disappointment. I’ll stick with DQ for my ice cream cake needs.
