We go out of our way to come to Carlos, either here or the 82nd location. It’s the BEST in the area. We always get their Agua de Pepino with Chamoy, and I am an absolute sucker for the Birria Burrito. Get an extra thing of their consomes, it’s worth it!

This has to be the best birria in the Metro area! I wish the website showed all the options (have some vegetarian/pescatarian family members, and they offer good options). But always happy to stop by and get some good food.

Definitely notable is the care in the preparation of the meals and the good customer service, a very good flavor with a special touch in each of their products, my favorite product is Pastor's tacos, without a doubt an excellent price within everyone's reach.
