Gresham store manager, Lisa, runs a great Biscuits! We came in with 4 adults and our granddaughter and Lisa and her staff made us feel special….even though we lingered for 2 hours!

As a plant based person, there were only two vegan options. The vegan French toast or a vegan breakfast burrito. There were no sandwich or burger options. I ordered a side of hashbrowns as well. While delicious, I was halfway through my meal before they were delivered.

I've never actually eaten here, but I pick up orders all the time, and the people who work here are super nice. I've never seen them standing around doing nothing, and they're always super apologetic when things take awhile if they're busy. If my job paid me a livable wage, I would come try the food.
