They all need re trained on how to make fresh frys. Every time I get frys there they are absolutely horrible. They are serving old stale frys to the customers. That's just being lazy with no care. They also serve stale buns. This BK is just plain nasty. Better training and better staff please.

Half the time, my order is wrong, and I have to correct them at the window. If I say "two double crossanwiches," I expect TWO DOUBLES! Today, the open sign was on, so I drove into the broken and bumpy drive through expecting someone to take my order. After waiting for 3 minutes with no one coming through, I decided to look at my phone to call and see what the issue was. Come to find they won't be open till 11! Wtf!? Why is the open sign on!? Use your brains! Lastly, the food at this location, which I only go to because of its proximity to my route to work. The food is usually greasy and over salted. Half of the time, my fries are "double-dipped" if I order them without salt. What I mean by this is the fries get put back into the fryer for a minute to make them appear to be fresh and unsalted; it just makes them greasy! I won't be eating here anymore, I'll go out of my way to get food from the division location. At least they treat customers with respect.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a very large hill near the entrance that spills into traffic. I do not recommend people in wheelchairs traverse the rough, pock-marked parking lot either. It is very dangerous for wheelchairs.

I’m not quite sure why this place is rated so poorly. My review might be biased as I only really eat the chicken nuggets and fries. But this place has a very consistent quality for the nuggets and fries. Every time I have been they have both been hot and fresh. The food tastes quite good. I usually only spend 6 bucks for 8pc nuggets, med fry, and a med drink. I found it quite surprising how cheap it was for how good it is.
Overall I recommend this place for some cheap, tasty, fresh food.
Parking: This place has one of the biggest parking lots I’ve ever seen for fast food.

Edit : upon calling the store, the manager decided lying would be the better option than to actually admit he was sitting at the computer in full view of the drive-through window and now closed at 1055pm when I had been waiting for 20 minutes trying to get their attention and knocking on the window…
We ordered 2 burgers. Both were burned. And I ordered a meal. They forgot my spite no ice drink. Then when I remind the guy, he makes it with ice and gets upset when I said that's not what I ordered. Anyways, not this place ever again

I was just in the drive thru tonight getting my son some chicken nuggets before we went home, and my car died in the drive-through. I was obviously very stressed and embarrassed. The nice lady at the drive through was so kind to me and my son. There were some rude customers behind yelling as I couldn't move my car and they said they were in a hurry. The lady at the drive though asked her coworker to give me a jump as my car wouldn't move out of the drive through and he got his car and jumper cables and helped me get my car started. I am so appreciative of the employees there who not only helped me but made my son and I feel ok and calm as rude people were yelling in the drive thru. I just want to acknowledge them, tell them thank you, and let Burger King know they have a couple of really, really great employees working for them.

Ordered 1 12 piece Mozzarella stick, 1 Fiery Bacon Whopper without tomatoes, and a large combo for the fiery Bacon Whopper with no tomatoes, instead I grt 2 large fries, and a regular Whopper.... like not even the Mozzarella sticks, are you guys even trying?

It's currently 10:25ish 6/11/24. Whoever y'all got working at this hour is an absolute legend of a guy. Hope management sees this and gives him some kudos or a raise or something. This is my regular BK and he is always there after I get off work with a smile on his face and the best service you can ask for.
