The Plantville Cheeseburger features a beyond patty, spicy vegan aioli, lettuce, tomato, onions, and vegan cheese slice. Bun was soft. Fries are vegan.
Bliss shakes & sundaes are made with coconut bliss base and a choice of sauces. Whipped topping is coconut whip. The Choc Hazelnut Sundae was a treat!

Took 17 minutes to make 2 milkshakes. They kept messing up and trying to give us the wrong shake. You could hear them complaining about remaking it in the background. I’m sorry but for $6+ I would like to at least get the right flavor.….. it’s literally just a milkshake.

Disappointed in the service, quality, and price. I went to the Gresham location and paid $11 for a chicken salad that came with what looked like one tiny chicken strip, shredded into little pieces. The greens were wilted, with brown edges, and sliced so thin it barely felt like lettuce. On top of that, the woman at the window barely spoke, no greeting, no thank you, just handed me the bag like I was an inconvenience. Not the kind of experience I expect from Burgerville. Sharing a photo so you can see what $11 gets you.

What ever happened this location of burgerville? I ordered fish n chips and it’s the worst ever!! Fries was cold and saggy and fish was cold . Am very disappointed 😖

So good! Ordered Biscuit Crunch and breakfast Burrito with bacon and both were hot and delish! Stumptown coffee was just right for this early morning stop. Eggs locally sourced and free range— the only way I’d eat my eggs. Will come again!

I love the seasonally limited menu options! It gives me something to look forwards to! We create memories around the food we enjoy so it’s like every fry is a memory and every sip is a reminiscence!!! Crisscrossed fries are awesome and the pair with honey mustard to elevate them:) The onion rings are a favorite for me! The fried green beans are delicious with garlic aioli! And their shakes are decadent but not too sweet!!!! Pumpkin shake is my #1 second is the hazelnut chocolate!

I looove the burger spread. So we went thru the drive thru to get a regular cheeseburger. It was 4.29 for a tiny burger. I do not like American cheese so I asked to substitute regular cheddar. I was charged .60 to Substitute!!! Of course there was no credit for the American cheese ? then they gave me White Cheddar which is not the same taste profile, At All. I ended up taking it off... lastly, as I said, it's the burger spread I come for and there was so little on my burger I couldn't even taste it ? but there was an abundance of ketchup ? a waste of money and calories. I feel cheated and very disappointed. Sad that I will never be going back to my once favorite fast food place.

If you wanna see yourself separate from and above FF chains like McDonald's and BK, do better. Online ordered and went to pick up inside. 10min past expected time ready. Still wasn't ready. Drive through and inside both slow. No room to wait for Online Orders or Delivery service drivers Order food for multiple toddlers. Messed up both orders. None of the Burgers were plain. And our Gluten Free Bun wasn't Gluten free so beware if you are Celiac or have wheat issues since they aren't paying attention to the ticket at all.

The service here is terrible. I felt forced to leave a tip. It’s not unusual to wait 20+ minutes for food. This was the last time I’ll be visiting. Don’t waste your time.

I got the halibut and fries. Thankfully I switched up to sweet potato fries. They were pretty good, but the halibut was thin and hard. Not good at all. I went through drive thru and was there for about 15 minutes. Waiting that long you'd think I'd get fresh fried fish.. The lady at the windows was nice, though.. Plus there. It's quite unfortunate Burgerville has gone so far down hill.. They use to be the best. Sad..

I had not had the pleasure of trying this place before and was blown away by how friendly the person that worked the drive through had been. She had the patience to explain the difference with the burgers, made a few recommendations and quickly processed my order. The food was excellent and hot. The prices were slightly more than some of their competitors but well worth it considering that the quality and the portion size was much superior to any other place. I highly recommend Burgerville in every category above the others.
