I love the seasonally limited menu options! It gives me something to look forwards to! We create memories around the food we enjoy so it’s like every fry is a memory and every sip is a reminiscence!!! Crisscrossed fries are awesome and the pair with honey mustard to elevate them:) The onion rings are a favorite for me! The fried green beans are delicious with garlic aioli! And their shakes are decadent but not too sweet!!!! Pumpkin shake is my #1 second is the hazelnut chocolate!

I looove the burger spread. So we went thru the drive thru to get a regular cheeseburger. It was 4.29 for a tiny burger. I do not like American cheese so I asked to substitute regular cheddar. I was charged .60 to Substitute!!! Of course there was no credit for the American cheese ? then they gave me White Cheddar which is not the same taste profile, At All. I ended up taking it off... lastly, as I said, it's the burger spread I come for and there was so little on my burger I couldn't even taste it ? but there was an abundance of ketchup ? a waste of money and calories. I feel cheated and very disappointed. Sad that I will never be going back to my once favorite fast food place.

If you wanna see yourself separate from and above FF chains like McDonald's and BK, do better. Online ordered and went to pick up inside. 10min past expected time ready. Still wasn't ready. Drive through and inside both slow. No room to wait for Online Orders or Delivery service drivers Order food for multiple toddlers. Messed up both orders. None of the Burgers were plain. And our Gluten Free Bun wasn't Gluten free so beware if you are Celiac or have wheat issues since they aren't paying attention to the ticket at all.

I got the halibut and fries. Thankfully I switched up to sweet potato fries. They were pretty good, but the halibut was thin and hard. Not good at all. I went through drive thru and was there for about 15 minutes. Waiting that long you'd think I'd get fresh fried fish.. The lady at the windows was nice, though.. Plus there. It's quite unfortunate Burgerville has gone so far down hill.. They use to be the best. Sad..

I had not had the pleasure of trying this place before and was blown away by how friendly the person that worked the drive through had been. She had the patience to explain the difference with the burgers, made a few recommendations and quickly processed my order. The food was excellent and hot. The prices were slightly more than some of their competitors but well worth it considering that the quality and the portion size was much superior to any other place. I highly recommend Burgerville in every category above the others.

Slow service, disjointed. Good burger, ok marionberry Bliss shake but $30 for two people?
This burgerville is the best place to get a quick lunch or something to eat and drink and they have some very interesting things, always seasonal! But still good they have sweet potato fries fresh still!!! But it is really good anything you get! I get inside looking like that old diner design! Kinda cool! But All and all it's a great place to eat but it is not cheap!!!

The Drive-Thru attendant & especially the 'Voice of the Menu' were so nice. To experience excellent customer service was such a welcome change from all experiences I've had at a Drive-thru in recent memory.
The order was correct, they kept the line moving by having cars pull to the side after payment, & even saved us some cash by suggesting we use our chicken tender basket as cover for the BBQ sauce ordered for a side of fries.
One more thing:
The sweet potato fries were good, but if Burgerville added a side of Garlic Aioli, they'd be even better!

Service was great, as soon as we third parties them they started getting full boxed by the medallions but healed and fought back and made it out safely. Gave us quality food that healed me to full hp.
