First time stopping for breakfast. The “bowl” breakfast came in a burger container that leaked a liquid through the bottom. Disappointed in the quality of the container and the food was less would 10 out of 10 not go back for breakfast.

The drive through experience was sweet. The staff that work there is very helpful and kind.
Came to see if it’s any better or at least the same as the last time I went. Definitely fail right off the bat had to repeat my order like three times to the gal taking the order and then she did not give me a total or read the order back before telling me to go forward to the last window. Once I get up there, the guy hand me a soda with the lid Halfway off not clicked on all the way, spilled all over me, cashed me out failed to ask for a receipt. He acted like it was some awkward request and I had to go reprint it, I don’t know where the first one the first place. Definitely a fail on the training and hospitality/process/systems and routines portion and major over all failure considering they want an arm and a leg for a basic Dairy Queen, burger and shake. I received zero value for my time and money, whoops my mistake won’t be back again

Burgerville has a special place in my heart. Their ingredients are locally sourced and they have a way of making you feel at home if you're open to it. Great experience everytime! I always stretch my diet and stop by when I'm in town.
