Ralph, who took our order, was fantastic! Even though it was very busy, he made sure to have great customer service and have a very happy demeanor. He checked on us afterwards, and even cracked a few jokes. The food was fresh and good, and got to us quickly.

Hit tbe drive thru... not impressed with their customer service. Im upper middle class.. however im so surprised by their prices. Bacon cheeseburger 9.69 cents and add fries 4.69 cents. A drink forget it. Totally spent 18 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger and a kids meal. Will not be going back. If they say basket it's cheaper.. no it isn't.

The food is good quality but the sizes of the burgers/sandwiches just don't justify the price. Mine was approx $10 for a burger the size of an In N Out burger and only slightly larger than a Whopper Jr.
The price of a combo is almost the same price as an entree at a non-fast-food restaurant.

Train better.
Look at the receipt and see what goes with the bag of hot food. Did you ask them when you dropped it off if they got it all? No you didn't do any of those things.
Every time I come to this burgerville right next door to my house... Stressed and disorganized...they don't even read the receipt before they hand it off. Always messing up orders. What is going on here?
Whatever system you guys have is inefficient and not working.
$30 for a meal just for myself, remember all the stuff I paid for plz.
.. walk the back all the way over there to reclaim the drink I paid for, show the kid the receipt, he brings back a medium when I paid for a large 😖
.. like.......dude...
Luckily one of the older people working there give me another drink of the correct size for free.
I feel like this newest generation of workers doesn't have common sense in the workplace lol

Wife didn't like the veggie burger. Tenders were heavily breaded. Milk shake was flavored with syrup instead of chocolate ice cream. $63 for 4, I expect a lot more for that money.

I love the atmosphere and the service I receive here, but they haven’t been fulfilling my dietary restrictions.

I came here to purchase several jars of Burgerville sauces. I am glad I was able to get them. I am going to be sending them to Texas because that's where I live, and it's hard to get the sauces very happy

Staff was rude for the duration of my visit and to top it off they messed up my order. I used to enjoy coming to this location but for the price you pay the quality and experience have taken a nosedive.

We don't eat at Burgerville often because of how expensive they are. I understand they're local, but unfortunately the food is mediocre for the price you pay for it. The fries we got were cold and soggy, the burgers were fine but honestly they weren't much better than any other burger anywhere else but 3xs as expensive. They're not longer anything special or worth going to anymore.

Not a great place to eat, but I guess it works. What is very expensive for an out of towner could be the norm for the locals.
I got a colossal burger (1/4 lb) (ie. The small one) with a basket (fries and a drink). It was basically $15 which I feel is outrageous. But probably what is needed for the higher minimum wage and cost of living here.
The burger was reminiscent of shake shack, but not as good. The fries were good hot, but once they cooled down, they became very hard and obviously were over cooked.
A small fry is $4.29 and a 22 oz drink was $3.69. To make a burger a basket was $6.29 (basket means with fries and a drink).
The decor was standard for an old diner atmosphere. So if you like that decor, this is your place.
I played on my phone for about 30 mins after eating because The tables were semi dirty and I figured someone would come out and clean them. No one ever did. So like most establishments, this place doesn’t care about the dining room and expects the customers to clean their own tables. Unfortunately, that is becoming the norm. For being 5pm - 6pm on a Saturday, the place seemed dead.
Basically, it was a standard experience. Nothing great, but nothing awful either.

The food was adequate but they messed up my daughter’s order. We didn’t have time to have it redone.
