BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN AND HEARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE THIS RESTAURANT IS SERVING OLD AGE EXPIRED FOOD. THE BARTENDER OLDER LADY THAT WORKS FRIDAY NIGHT'S. WE SAW HER POCKETING $ FROM THE RESTAURANT 😒💯😒

AND WAS VERY RUDE TO A YOUNG COUPLE THAT IS TRYING TO MAKE $ LAST AND WAS TRYING TO HAVE THERE LEFT OVER FOOD BROUGHT HOME BUT COULD NOT 💯😂

I’ve loved this place and have gone here for years. The food has been delicious and the service has been even better. Unfortunately this streak was broken after today’s experience. The picture speaks for itself 🤢. It’s very unfortunate this happened and it speaks on their procedure of food cleanliness and food conditions.

Food heals gone so far downhill. Mac and cheese was barely Luke warm, brisket was so dry. Very disappointing and don't think I would even be willing to give it another try. 50.00 for 2 people for less than mediocre food is a bit much.

On a recent trip to Oregon, we found ourselves out in the Gresham area and remembered how good this place is. Is it the best in the west, no, but is it good, yes and plentiful. We found ourselves in the bar with what appeared to be "locals". Our server was double duty that night, both bartender and waitress, she did it all with grace and lot's of good humor and conversation. We enjoyed watching and listening to the locals banter, laugh and then say their goodbye's, see you next week. Oh and they have what used to be called "slot machines", which once again, the locals, kocktail in hand, shimmied up to those machines, hoping for a winner. I was envious, as I love a few good spins on any slot machine. Because we were hungry, we ordered the chips and cheese dip, finger licking good. I think we both had the pork ribs which came with a slice of texas toast, baked tater the size of Texas w/all the fixings and coleslaw (which was nothing to write home about). We did our best w/this massive meal and ended up packing out a whole nother meal. Because we were staying in a hotel, we found a gent at a 7/11 and shared our feast with him. We will be back, but next time we shall share one meal as it was enough for two.

The food definitely looks better than it tastes I love the vibe of the place and the decor is cool. The service was great but the food was not so good. The ribs and brisket were so dry and tough, the pulled pork was kinda cold the sausage we had was probably my favorite part. I got I think was a chocolate cheese cake and that was so good it pretty much saved this whole experience.

We don’t live in the area any longer, so we haven’t been here in 5 or 6 years. The food was as good as I remember and the staff was attentive. I had a difficult time getting over how filthy the carpeting was throughout the restaurant. Honestly, if it was my first time coming here, I would have taken one look at the floors and walked out. Because we used to eat there often and were craving their food, we proceeded to enter and order. The food did not disappoint.

Their 1lbs brisket definitely not worth $26 that thing was so dry and had no flavor. I don’t suggest this place to anyone
