So, I'm from Austin Texas.
And
What I ate was not BBQ it was dried brisket. . No taste.
No flavor.
Only flavor it had waste OLD 🗑.
No flavor food . . .
Side green beans. Taste like a can and taste like BLAH No flavor.
Baked Beans taste like a can. . .
Mashed Potatoes you can tell that it was powder plus NO FLAVOR.

For how much they are charging for sides and for the meat. . .

I EXPECT IT TO TASTE DECENT...

NOT TASTE LIKE IT'S FROM 2 OR 3 DAYS AGO. . .
WITH NO FLAVOR...
MEAT SO DRY ABSOLUTELY NO JUICE. . .

I don't recommend eating here.

I had never been to a Buster's BBQ before. I thought I had to wait to be seated, then I noticed a line forming in the front. When I read the menu, I was in shock of all the varieties of meat. All of them smelled so good. I chose the sausage, and it was delicious and dipped in the sweet bbq sauce from the sauce bar made it even more delicious. I chose french fries and mac and cheese as sides. They too were delicious. I cant to go back there!

This place is a complete disaster the food is despicable the meat in particular is disgusting you will throw your brains up seems like the food was sitting directly on top of charcoal this place deserve to go out of business FOREVER……. I cannot fathom how disgusting this place really is the cooks are careless and they have shit for brains when it comes to bbq there so much wrong here I could go on forever DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!…….. WARNING

The food was very disappointing. They catered an event where they went to a lot of trouble barbequing the meat which looked delicious and very well prepared. Unfortunately it was not seasoned. At all. Not only that, but there was no salt or pepper available except for a very small packet of each per person with the silverware - just enough to season a mouthful, but not a meal. The salsa and the potato salad had a little seasoning and were edible, but the meat which looked beautiful was simply inedible. There were also vegetable skewers which looked delicious and seemed to have been perfectly cooked, but absolutely no seasoning was used at all and again there was none available either. I was hungry so I just put a lot of salsa on enough bites that I didn't starve and that was it. I left hungry and went home and fixed myself a meal. Some people do prefer food cooked with little or no salt and don't like to add any but the rest of us who are not on special diets would at least like to have some seasoning available I really cannot recommend them for catering and I certainly won't go to the restaurant. Tasteless, completely unseasoned food isn't really worth eating, let alone paying to eat it. The servers were very nice. The cook was very nice. All that was perfect. But the main thing of course, when one is going to eat dinner, is good food. It wasn't. It simply wasn't good.

Save your money!!! Ordering and eating “barbecue” from this establishment was a dismal experience yall. Not only were the prices on the google menu so wrong that I ended up paying twice as much as expected, the brisket they served was grey, dry, and rubbery. Calling this Texas style barbecue is disrespectful to the entire state. I would rather drive a half hour out of my way to any other barbecue restaurant than eat here ever again. Again save your money.

Two meals, one soda, left hungry !
We each had ribs plus one meat. Super sad to leave after $50.00 + hungry 😞

Terrible service I’ve been going for awhile
Now and every time the customer service isn’t friendly and the last time I went my card wasn’t working but I just used it at the store and had plenty of money I have had this issue there before it’s there machine but when I told him it’s his machine he said no it’s your card and made me use his ATM there that over charged me and made me pay a fee plus it took double charge on my card. I went right after to check my card to see if it is and my card worked just fine. He was rude and not kind at all. Don’t recommend going to this location

Also they don’t give much meat anymore they go by weight and you pay a lot for very little.

It is the driest brisket I ever had. The beef ribs were good but very expensive and hardly any meat.

Best Texas style barbecue joint in the area

I've waited a long time to try busters I was very disappointed 😞 meat was very dry they were out of mac n chesse definitely not what I expected I will never be back i will say the atmosphere was great.

Food was ok nothing special and service was a little unfriendly
