I had never been to a Buster's BBQ before. I thought I had to wait to be seated, then I noticed a line forming in the front. When I read the menu, I was in shock of all the varieties of meat. All of them smelled so good. I chose the sausage, and it was delicious and dipped in the sweet bbq sauce from the sauce bar made it even more delicious. I chose french fries and mac and cheese as sides. They too were delicious. I cant to go back there!
This was a first in person visit for us. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, plenty of seating, food was definitely fresh and hot. I got the 2 meat plate with ham and ribs, sides baked potato and French fries. The sweet sauce and chipotle mustard were my favorite.
So we have the brisket here we paid $30 for a plate of food. Let me tell you this brisket was as hard as the leather straps on my saddle. It could’ve been beef jerky as dry as it was. This is what happens when a restaurant tries to go commercial And only care about the bottom end .
