I don’t understand the decision making when it comes to their mobile order pick up. One person worked the location with occasional help from others moving between jobs. They had to verify each person picking up while also running from one end of the counter to the other to pour every drink.I’ve also never been to a Chick Fil A location that gives so few fries.

The young lady Sara I belive her name is, she is the most kind and positive person ever. I think she is a manager and always has a smile on her face and incredibly welcoming everytime I come in. Hopefully she gets the biggest raise possible cause she deserves it!

Without fail, out of the 15 + times I’ve been to this specific location, items are wrong or straight up missing. This past time, the sandwich was regular not spicy, and my kids meal was missing fries.Not kidding, Every. Single. Time.
