Worker legit puts half a scoop of meat for “double” meat portion and when i questioned she legit was like “i can add few more pieces”. The whole bowl was half full when she was done.

Update: Yup, still terrible. Still skimp on your protein and you have to speak up to get more. When you do you get glared at by whomever is making your dish. It’s been years since I have been here. I remember why I stopped. You should avoid too.
Original: Pisspoor customer service. Called due to an order that I did not receive. When I called I received no information and was told they did not know who handled the order. I was brushed off and told a refund would be provided when I made it clear that is not what I wanted and that I wanted the FOOD I PAID FOR. A manager ended the conversation with “I’ll see what I can do”. This location is awful had handling online orders and managing proper delivery and pickup.
I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

Out of the majority of proteins. No lids for bowls. Dirty interior. Too few employees. Long line. Long wait. Rude staff.
The lettuce container was empty when my partner asked for lettuce. The employee went to the back, grabbed a handful, and finished her bowl. A different employee than took over making my bowl. I asked for lettuce and she told me they were out. I mentioned my partner just received a handful of lettuce from the back. She sneered and said “nope”.
Normally, a lack of lettuce and rude staff would be par for the course. But the long wait time, protein out of stocks, tinfoil covered burrito bowls, and dirty interior made this a chipotle location to avoid.

This place is disgusting. They had one girl working the front. Long line. Poor customer service. The girl wore the same pair of gloves for the food and the register. Ugh!

I don't know what's up with Chipotle but I've been to few places and one of the dirtiest restaurants I've seen, there's 6 people working in the back and the dinon hall is a mess and you have employees don't even know how to roll a burrito, just fold it and give it to you? 🤨🤔

While I really enjoy this Chipotle, I really wish they had a changing table. I come here multiple times a week and find myself having to change my baby on the bench sometimes. I hope they install a changing table in the restroom!
