I usually love this place. I came in today and there were 4 people in line ahead of me. They refused to take in person orders stating they had to work on the online orders first. They said their tortilla press in the back is out of order. Why not steam the tortillas and take them to the back to finish? I asked why they didn't alternate between in person and online orders and the manager said online orders are a priority. I left after 10 minutes of no in person service. 5 workers up front but no one gets service? Do better Chipotle.

literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. 3 visits in a row now they’re out of everything. I went today (my last time to this location) and they served an employee ahead of me who got 3 bowls and the employees working used up all the rest of the queso, peppers, salsa on her order. Then another employee came out from the back and announced to everyone waiting that they are out of chips, salsa, lettuce, peppers, green salsa. There were no forks to eat with. The building was disgusting. Whoever is managing that place is on auto pilot

Very unpleasant experience with the lady with the curly hair that was grabbing the food in the morning today. She was very unhappy that we were there and sighed and rolled her eyes a whole lot we understand that we went in 3 minutes early but she was not having it.

If I could give less than a star I would. Last time we ordered from them through their app, our credit card got cloned. This time I get even reach a single person to place a catering order. What kind of company is this?! Sad that their food is usually decent and sort of real but for the hassle NOT WORTH IT

Good experience at this location! Got a burrito, burrito bowl, and guac and chips. This was my first time at this location as I usually go to the one near my home in Happy Valley (172nd), but I've had so many bad experiences with that location getting my order wrong, undercooked rice, etc, that I vowed never to go there again. I was pleasantly surprised at this location - pick-up order was ready on time, order was correct and food was delicious. Will be back at this location in the future!

usually fine, but why isnt the store open anymore? half the time youre only doing online orders and i drive there just to learn i cant get any food from there. i cant order online and get it reimbursed with an instore receipt so i cant go unless youre open. and lately the workers have been snobby whiney teenagers that hate their jobs, they wont go in the back to cut a lime in half for me and refuse to give me a whole one too. they used to be prepared in the fridge but not anymore
First time at this location, and it was a toss-up that I should have trusted my gut and went to Wood Village. Place wasnt clean and alot of the toppings wasnt available. Won't ever come back to this location. And i wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning
