When we arrived at the building, the guy was waving his hands out the door and my mom asked what time you guys open and he did not say anything and went back inside, we went up to the front counter and had to wait a couple minutes and then this guy that was totally not in his right mind came over and asked what we would like. We said we would like two bowls, my mom ordered one with white rice and all of her stuff and then I ordered one with brown rice when I asked for pinto beans, he did not give me pinto beans. He gave me black beans. He then proceeded to argue with me and said that those were black beans which they werenât but I just said itâs whatever. The guy was smelling himself and sweating precisely, and he was totally not in his right mind he did not have no name tag on and he took forever to get our food together. I really think that this franchise should do some further investigation and drug testing before they hire people on. Itâs really sad that my mom and I had to go here and get our food. My mom is in recovery and it was hard for her to be in this atmosphere. I really hope That you guys can take care of this and wonât have this problem anymore. Unfortunately, me and my mom love coming to chipotle but we will not be coming back to this location because what we have experienced

The building was very plan and smelled funny. The service wasn't grate and had a long wait they forgot condiments and silverware napkins ect and were not accommodating when I mentioned it like asking for them was a complete inconvenience

I can't say enough good things, I don't even know where to start. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The workers are welcoming and give great customer service. The portions are generous and extremely satisfying. And I'm addicted to the queso! It's the best! I try to get it two to three times a week, sometimes more. I love you Chipotle! Thank you for everything! Especially the queso! Please try, you'll probably love it too!

Worst Chipotle in the world Iâd venture to say. Looking at the many one star reviews here and adding that to my experience of ordering over $100 of food to only receive maybe 2/3 of what I paid for. When they forget all the sides, the guac etc nothing tastes good. What a waste of money.

I went to chipotle at 10:20 tonight at the gresham location. There was a young man and women working. They both seemed honestly high. Me and my boyfriend were the only two people in the entire establishment. We both ordered bowls but the very first thing I said to them was I wanted x4 tortillas for my bowl. Then they proceeded to both make our bowls but it wasnât like a usual chipotle location. I had to repeat myself x2 times every time I asked for something, like not only one person couldnât hear but two. They proceeded to pass off utensils to each other in stations they were controlling. She gave my boyfriend chicken then processed to give me half of what she gave him and when I asked for more, the guy took over and asked if I asked for double meat? My boyfriend used to work at chipotle and honestly is an adult now and smokes weed but he was so dumbfounded about how dumb these two were together barely being able to do the job of one person. At the end of the interaction the mexican girl was on her phone leaning on the counter which is just unprofessional in itself. Donât be on your phone infront of customers l, ESPECIALLY OVER A FOOD STATION Especially when you canât do your very easy job.At the end while sheâs sitting on her phone I had to go ask for the tortillas. They both acted surprised. Remind you it was the first thing I ordered. It was like talking to two people making eye contact with you but they just werenât there. When the young man handed me tortillas he really had the audacity to say âsorry for the wait it was really hard.â These two deserve to be fired. If I didnât pay so much for so less I would have thrown my food at the ground for how ridiculous this reaction was from start to finish.
