I am beyond furious with the so-called “customer service” I received from your employee Emma. Let’s start with the fact that my order — over $100 worth of food — was handed off to a DoorDash driver without even ensuring the dasher confirmed the order. That order was stolen, and instead of my children enjoying a treat, I was left dealing with a mess your store created.
When I called about it, the manager assured me that the next time I came in, my kids would be taken care of with replacement items. So imagine my outrage when I actually went in and Emma had the audacity to treat me like I was trying to scam free food. She was rude, dismissive, and flat-out unprofessional — telling me I “needed to talk to a manager” and that they “don’t just hand out free items to customers.” Excuse me? YOU already handed my $100+ order to a thief without even making sure the dasher confirmed it, but suddenly I’m the problem? Are you serious?!
This isn’t just incompetence, it’s insulting. My order was stolen because of your staff’s negligence, my children were left disappointed, and then I was treated like garbage for simply following the instructions your own manager gave me. Emma’s attitude was completely unacceptable, and if this is how you let your employees treat paying customers, you shouldn’t be surprised when people take their business elsewhere.

Kind staff and good ice cream! It's a bit overpriced but I think that's par for the course when it comes to ice cream shops like this.

Ice cream is great but this point location is habitually understaffed it's constant 20 minute wait to even get served. Tonight they were just completely out of chocolate ice cream I have no idea how.

Asked for Oreo icecream in a cone, lady starts putting some vanilla icecream, got her to give me Oreo and she puts it in a cup, can’t believe people like her are allowed to vote.. and it tasted nasty too

Not sure what the health code is for this place but I found hair in it that seemed too short to be mine. Also almost 10 bucks for the smallest thing of ice cream I've ever seen. I tipped because the girls there were nice, but I don't think I'll ever go to another Cold Stone again. Luckily there's a Baskin Robbins nearby my house.

Well they just lost a customer. I usually come here specifically for Bailey, but she wasn’t working tonight. Instead there were some 3 girls and all of their attitudes was VERY unprofessional, though me and my family were being nice and ignoring it.
I ordered my usual ice cream, but it tasted way off and wasn’t properly mixed at all. When I asked for a remake or a refund, I was told neither was possible unless I paid again. I ended up leaving without eating the ice cream. I’ll be avoiding this place going forward, and I’d suggest others do the same.

We went to the location off of Cleveland avenue in Gresham, it was about 420 pm, I would like to leave lots of props to the young lady working, she seemed to be by herself on a hot day with customers waiting. She did an amazing job! She stayed calm, communicated with the customers and was able to get the customers served by the time relief came in.
Seriously disappointing experience. I tried to take my kids out to uplift the mood in the house since my wife has been having cancer complications bringing the mood down in the house. The younger Asian girl who helped us seemed absolutely disgusted to be there. Barely wanted to help us, asked all 5 of us if we were done after ordering 1 ice cream? After we actually ordered I asked for lids which she rolled her eyes to and said sure. After finally finishing the ice cream order which took an awful long time she tried to ring me up all for bigger sizes than I got. Correcting her was also an issue. When she gave the kids she set them on the counter closest to her and told me to have a good day. Weird you’d want a customer reaching by the register but whatever. After putting in the lids ice cream went everywhere. No help offer, no napkins around even when I stated there was none. I noticed the ice creams looked incorrect. She assured me they were correct. When we got home 3/5 ice creams were wrong. The only right ones were the plain ones! Honestly ridiculous for $40 in ice cream. If you don’t like helping people find a new job! No one’s forcing you to be there. As a small business owner, that is NOT the employee I would want representing my brand or company. Won’t be visiting this location anytime soon! For the price might as well just travel to salt & straw!

Great ice cream , but they were playing music so loud you couldn't sit and talk while eating ice cream . Crazy loud.

My husband bought me an Icecream from there for my Birthday yesterday and omg their cakes are way better than Baskin Robbins, winco, walmart, DQ. Like even frozen, it is still easy to cut the icecream cake and it's soft and good. I love it.

They have to get MORE STAFF working!!! Every single time I have made an online order, its NEVER ready when it says its ready for pickup. I don't mind waiting; just have an accurate time in the app so I am not waiting longer for an ice cream than for a meal at a sitdown, fancy restaurant! I do not place the blame on the two poor workers; its on absolutely piss poor management and planning. And this is in 50 degree weather in March, just wait until the hot months, the lines will be out the door!! They HAVE to get better. I am currently writing this review IN THE LOBBY, as I have been waiting for 32 minutes for one ice cream and a smoothie. Insanity!

This is an awesome ice cream shop. The service is wonderful. They have such good patience in the summer when the line is long. Perfect location in downtown gresham. they have their own parking lot. Some outdoor seating would be cool. The tables fill up pretty quick inside in the summer. I recommend!! Go drop your $$$$ for some amazing ice cream.
if I had any criticism at all, it would be that sometimes the ice cream is a little melted by the time the customer receives it.
