I ordered a “16-ounce cold brew, half ice, and a splash of soy milk.” The barista gave me a cup that was nearly full of ice and said (paraphrasing), “The cup is not full because you asked for half ice, which means that you get less cold brew.” This was at 4 pm on Labor Day.
See the photo taken immediately after she handed me the drink—before I drank anything. Who wants a 16 ounce drink that is mostly ice and not even close to full?
This is pretty simple. I like your cold brew, I don’t love it. I certainly don’t appreciate bad service. So, when I have other options, I’ll get my coffee fix elsewhere.

This location has really good drinks, their Rocky Road Mocha was delicious 😋 They take a little too long to serve your drink but they make it up with the quality of your order

Country coffee is always great, Troutdale is my regular stand, but Everytime I go to this one it's takes 5-10 mins per car. If you're 3 cars back, just forget it. You can make it to another stand and get the coffee before you you'd get to the window here

The coffee is always good no matter which location it’s from but the service at this one has always been subpar. I got two drinks the other day and the girl working had to clarify what I wanted a few times which wasn’t an issue but I ended up with the wrong drinks one of which was also the wrong size. She also seemed very bothered to be working which I totally understand but it deterred me from asking for the correct drinks to be made because of how we were being rushed to leave even though I was the only person there at the time.

So first of all I had a gluten free raspberry bar thing and it was so damn good I can’t believe it still & the coffee was also great.

I only drink black coldbrewed coffee, which is sometimes very bitter. It's slower than the big chain coffee shops, but I'd rather wait than go to Starbucks. (5 cars in front of you.... expect 20 min.)
