We received a ton of compliments on the cupcakes and it really added to the event by having an offering that was top notch quality. Lovely service, phone and in-person.

I tell you my ditsy boyfriend dropped his wallet out in the front! Manager tried so hard she even went to trying to find him on Instagram to get a hold of him. Luckily I knew he was such a ditsy that he'd do something like drop his wallet in the parking lot. So upon calling lovely Jill, we found that sure enough he was indeed ditsy enough to drop it!

But in all, Jill was very lovely, the manager was very lovely, and this whole experience just goes to show how much their team is worth buying cakes from. Definitely going there again!

While this doesn't happen to everyone, supporting a team like this is 100% worth it.

“Our wedding cake was the right flavor, but the wrong color. Lol.During the cake tasting and ordering we got a pink champagne cake and I repeated that I also want the cake to be pink... I also asked for a design and they had me email the picture to them so they could go off the picture for the design and would ONLY use the design not the whole cake concept of the picture. There was some back and forth clarifying design and size... but told them repeatedly JUST the design on the side of the pictured cake not the whole cake. Our cake was also smaller than the pictured one. They also helped with verifying the price the design would be on the cake. Noting that we only wanted the design and not the color or style in the picture.Lady suggested a silver dusting, or some sort of dusting that was really pretty and we both agreed it would look great with the pink.On the wedding weekend..My husband and his best man picked up the cake and transported it 2.5 hours to the wedding destination. I opened the box and it was white...I called and told them it was supposed to be pink. They asked what they could do, in a very nonchalant way, and they had gone off the color in the picture I sent. I told them the picture was only for the design, not the color as we had told the lady multiple times the cake was supposed to be pink.They said there was nothing they could do in just a few hours before the wedding... so we had a delicious cake but wrong color... ?‍♀️Husband also at fault for not double checking and just grabbing the cake and heading out.VERIFY COLOR every day until you have your cake.“

“My wife tried these at work and said that they are really good so stopped by to try one for myself. I got the individual carrot cake bundt and wow it was delicious. I love the buttercream frosting. The cake is really moist and the frosting is so smooth.“

“Ice cream is amazing. It’s like pizza where even bad ice cream is still good to eat. But Cold Stone’s ice cream is AMAZING. The service at this particular restaurant was especially good. I am forever grateful to the new addition to the team who wears glasses and has curly hair. She’s pretty awesome. She’s also my favorite daughter.“
