Ordered a triple burger and cheese tots, I got a single burger and fries. They wouldn't give me money back unless I let them throw the food away. Absolutely ridiculous
They’re slow for how many people they have working. I’ll Stand there 5-10 minutes before anyone says anything to me. And they always screw up the orders, I was short a chicken strip but this time I was given an extra shake and dilly bar.

Honestly, you’re better off to drive to Troutdale then to visit this Dairy Queen. I have kept my mouth shut on multiple occasions at this Dairy Queen and just went with it because their kids but this location is absolutely awful. The kids always seem like they messed up and that you’re inconveniencing them I just went through the drive-through after placing a mobile order that was very simple and whoever was working on the microphone at this location on May 3 at approximately 6:15 PM is so incredibly rude. He informed me that I can come inside to pick up my order. I’m not a DoorDash or I literally placed it on their app. I thought employees like that better and he was extremely rude and knew it as well because before I even said anything, he stuttered and apologize for being rude, but that’s not customer service. I worked in customer service for 20 years and you don’t treat people like that I don’t care what your job is the person that is doing the hiring. I suspect probably the owner should really take a little more time because I have multiple friends that have said they’ve been treated poorly at this location as well. Do better (I do wanna mention, though the kid that was working the drive-through window was fine. It was whoever was on the microphone was absolutely awful. Then I sat in the drive-through and watched him run his mouth about me after the fact so gross.

Good food sometimes they are busy driving or walk in . But place order on the app and you will
Be served instantly
The food is what you'd expect from a DQ, but the store us usually staffed by young adults that can't be bothered with customer service or urgency. But that's fine, because they are probably not making a living wage and not being treated well throughout the day. It's fine. Just don't expect your dipped cone to be dipped all the way.

I've gotten sick at this location even tho I asked for fresh food. They don't listen to request when asked and don't take orders seriously. I asked for blizzard & was watery milk n no topping as requested waste of money

The wife used to get blizzards and adored them. Lately, they aren't mixed or have little to no ingredients in them (like an M&M will have 2 pieces of candy in the big cup of ice cream).
On top of that, I tried the malts from a different location and it was amazing. I decided to start ordering them from this place near my house. First order was the Large Hot Fudge Malt. They added barely any flavoring at all. It was disappointing. This time, I ordered a Large Hot Fudge Malt AND paid an extra dollar just to put extra hot fudge, that way I knew it would have enough of the flavoring. The delivery driver dropped our order off. My wife's blizzard wasn't even sealed (the driver had a picture showing that it wasn't them, the location had the drink unsealed on the counter in the carrier). My malt was pure white. It was plain! Not even vanilla flavoring or anything. It tasted like frozen cream with malt powder.
It also took many phone calls over the course of an hour to finally get ahold of someone. When they finally answered, I asked what I just received since I ordered a Hot Fudge Malt with EXTRA fudge. The guy said "Ohhh....yeah. Well, if you bring it here I'll replace it." I explained that I don't have a car, hence why I ordered a delivery. He told me that it's either I walk the 2 miles there (I'm disabled using a cane by the way), or there's absolutely nothing that he can do.
You read that right! No comping, no refund, no sending the driver back out, no emailed gift card for the amount of my drink, no store credit, absolutely nothing! This guy also said that he is the shift lead there. So he is in charge and refuses to make this right.
I will be calling corporate in the morning. Obviously someone needs to be retrained. Not only for quality control and ensuring orders are completed correctly, but also for how to properly take care of a situation. If they can screw up so badly multiple different days when someone simply orders 2 little cups, who knows how badly they will ruin your entire meal. Do not order from this location until the district manager gets involved.
EDIT TO ADD: The reply below from the alleged owner proves the lack of foresight and customer service in the situation. They say to contact the delivery service and that they have no control over that. Door dash would have no liability in the store making a mistake on the order. Therefore, they do not reissue a delivery for this. As for the other solution, the idea is "We completely ruined your order that you had delivered? Walk 2 miles down here and we'll give you the same order." No delivery, no meal thrown in (to a customer feels like they're getting taken care of, to a store it costs around $1.12 in food / labor loss), nothing possibly extra at all. Simply to go all the way down there and back for your drinks they already screwed up. There are many options that can be utilized, I worked as a DM in the service industry for many years, the management of this establishment obviously does not wish to utilize their options. Instead, they do not mind losing customers while making excuses. Disgraceful.

Reliable food. Slower than most places, but it's fresh. Can't get out of there with 2 meals for under $30. That's a bummer about this place...and thats without desert!

The food wasn’t bad but the person working the drive through had an attitude for no reason. I’m not sure why my one blizzard with something extra added was such an inconvenience. Maybe it was because I interrupted him sitting on the counter and socializing when I pulled up.

wish i could give it a zero star review for how horrible the cheeseburger and fries tasted. Fries were soo stale and my burger tasted like it was sitting out all day and had gotten microwaved as soon as i ordered it. honestly the only good thing i got was the mt. dew. not a good experience

I'm not sure what happened because I've never had this happen at any other dairy queen...did they eat half my fries? Did I need 3 cups of gravy when I asked for ranch...they could've just said they didn't have any.
