If you specialize in making pizza, how do you find it acceptable to deliver burnt pizza to a customer?? Pure disregard for customer satisfaction!

I ordered chicken pizza today around 2.00p.m. when I get pizza and back at home, was cold and old. That happened not for first time I recommended this location not working good and Braise /manager/ is very arrogant

Misleading prices and extremely long wait for a delivery a meal that should have been about 2 dollars with redeeming points cost 23 dollars companies no longer have integrity it is all about exploiting customers to make the most money will never order from here agsin. When I called they say they have no control over charges on the app. Worst customer service I ever encountered . Do urself a favor go to pizza hut better food better sevice

if i could give 0 stars i would i dont think ive ever been to this dominos and they got my order right, being rude and saying its my fault the orders wrong when i have the receipt??? like cmon how does someone put ranch on a alfredo bowl instead of alfredo sauce and that’s if i even get my bread bowl half the time i just get dry burnt pasta in a tin pan with no bread bowl

Unreal I placed the order on the phone received the wrong stuff. The lady told me she don’t know who took my order, but she found my order that she can’t do nothing about it $36 down the drain.

I happen to order during a rush on a Saturday and I understand that puts a lot of stress and strain on the workers. however, it's really not fun seeing completely unseasoned food. I would genuinely except a longer wait time to have all the food properly made. P.S. it seems ever since garlic bread bites were added the Parmesan bread bites have gotten a worse quality.

They’re always chill, I come here all the time and they always have the pizza ready within like 15 minutes so I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. I do however exclusively order at night so maybe it’s a day crew issue?
I don’t know why this location is rated so low 🤷🏾♀️ because my pizza was delicious! I had to wait about five minutes for my pickup, and the location was clean with great music. I will come back again for sure

Ordered pizza I told them I needed change for a $50 my pizza was only $20 so he only brings $20 for change so the drive walks away and says guess you don’t want it not first time having problems at this Gresham location poor attitude

The worst service!! Ordered online, waited 2 hours for my delivery, than they said “we are out of salads” , I canceled order and when I asked for returning money they just hanging up. Will never recommend Domino’s and never come back!
