I try to order food through them first through doordash and they canceled on me, that's right ordering through the website they canceled on me again when I called to ask why they hung up on me not once not twice but three times. now I understand why they have such a low rating, come on guys, do better I know fast food is rough and very stressful, but do better

so I got pick up from this place and I was scared because of a horrible experience I had at the other Domino’s down the street from me when I saw that my order was marked as complete before I got there, but everything was great I got there & pizza was hot. It was also made correctly and it wasn’t a mess like at the other store I am used to going to. I got pick up so I can’t speak for delivery experience but my pick up experience was great. I accidentally clicked the wrong sauce flavor so they gave me a little small container of the garlic Parm sauce and I offered to pay for it, but they didn’t charge because they said there was no way to charge for it which I really appreciated because I was having a really terrible day and I was literally crying before I got to the restaurant. The food was amazing and unlike the other place, I didn’t get horrible stomach cramps hours later so I’m gonna stick with this spot for future pick up orders🙏

I order the Philly cheesesteak an got no steak that not cool just how you forget the steak on the Philly bro

Called ahead to have pizzas delivered on time a day ahead and was told that was possible . Fast forward to the next day the stores phone was still off at 10:30 which was time of requested delivery. I finally was able to reach someone and was told it would be 20 minutes later for delivery. That was doable. Pizza didn't get delivered for another 35 minutes. I called ahead to arrange because this was for a school and they had a schedule. I am super unhappy about being told one thing and then another and then they still couldn't deliver on what they said. I would have ordered elsewhere if I know this would happen. Google hours say 10:00 for store open time but I was told they didn't open till 10:30. The whole process was messy.

Lopsided pizza, totally flipped. Delivery driver did mention he was new so I’ll cut Jaime some slack but this is what i saw when I opened my boxes. Be for real.
