Emergency pizza is a complete scam, misleading & lying to customers. I will never use dominos again.
Pizza was done quickly for a Friday night but was missing some of the main toppings and looked like it was made with 0 care. Would not recommend!

I know what it is to be an employee but come on, I’m trying to enjoy dinner before going to sleep but I get sum soggy wings and a Nasty Hair one my pizza. I caught it in my mouth this is so disgusting. Please wear hair nets I know you guys wouldn’t eat a pizza with hair on it…

Placed a mobile order and came in right after the order said it was complete. I was still made to wait in line despite the app saying you could skip the line. When I got to the front of the line, there were two guys working at each register, one was on his personal cellphone and the other completely ignored the fact that I was even standing there. I told him I was here for an online order pick up and he completely ignored me for a good couple of minutes. While, I was standing there waiting to be acknowledged and have my order brought to me, there was a girl in the back who was making the pizzas on her cellphone texting! What’s even more disgusting is she was texting while wearing the same gloves she would wear to make pizza! Horrible hygiene practices and it looks real bad for the company. You're not being paid to sit there and text!! I don't understand why many of these teenage kids act like they’re annoyed to work. I’ll be calling the manager tomorrow to advise them of my first impressions of ever having gone to this location, which was not a good one at all. I’m willing to travel further out if it means getting better service!

This store cancelled my order twice without stating a reason. I tried contacting the store to determine if a specific item was out of stock that might be forcing a cancellation and was left on hold for over 30 minutes without being able to speak to an employee. As unfortunate as it is, it looks like Domino's will no longer be my family's go to delivery option. Pizza Hut for the win.

This Location is really gone downhill. I ordered 3 times from there in the past week. The first time I went there and waited for it to be ready for carry out, The time initially said 8 to 13 minutes I went in after 15 mins to give them time and it wasn't even started yet. Of course that's irritating but they made up for it. The second time I ordered delivery which is on Friday night, a few days ago and it took forever for the delivery to come. The third time they forget my marinara and garlic dipping sauce and my lava cakes came smashed with two of them smashed up together And I was already irritated because from the time they left the store it took 40 minutes to get to my house and I only live 7 to 8 minutes away. They want to offer you 60 points which you can redeem for a pizza which is the best offer but then I'm going to order that and they're just going to mess up my order again. You guys really need to get it together over there.

I placed the order online at 8:51 PM, drove down to pick it up for the curbside, as you can see in the pictures, that supposed 10-15 minutes turned out to almost 1.5 hours after the supposed 15 minutes of wait time.
Food taste great and service was good too but that wait time was NO BUENO!

driver forgot my sauces and they refused to bring them to me because they were “short on drivers” and said i could only get a credit. ridiculous.
I really don't like to criticize. And I know it's Domino's, but still. Ordered a couple sandwiches and when I got them home, this was what I had to offer my wife as dinner. It's not the first time the food has been subpar, but this is a new low.

I've been tryin 2 call for the past 30ish minutes 2 make a complaint about the damn hair that I had found in a slice of the 2 pizza's that I had gotten the day before but didn't eat much of it till later that nite and the person who's answerin the damn phones keeps answerin and then right in the middle of it puts me back on hold forever so don't go there

To be honest, I’ve had a handful of less than favorable deliveries. The delivery person I’ve gotten the last few times, I think her/their name was Kota? She/they have been SUPER nice and friendly which is really appreciated. However my order has either been wrong, burnt or just below what you’d expect out of a major pizza chain. I have the app so I know it wasn’t her fault necessarily as the app shows you who’s making/preparing your food.
Got the cheese dip a few times and it was pretty watery and just not really good. Pizza was burnt once, and one time it was just SO greasy I had to dab it with paper towels multiple times. I never used to have these issues a few years ago with dominos specifically. I do understand that pizza places like Pizza Hut and dominos are overwhelmed with orders on busy days like Friday-Sunday. But I really wish a little more care was put into making the food.
Also would like to mention my order has been in “preparing” for over an hour multiple times and there’s also zero reason a “quality check” should be more than 20 minutes.
