The lady just chatted with her friends in their car instead of ordering drinks and held up the line, then proceeded to be rude and disrespectful when we asked her if she could take a moment to help us get out of line because we no longer had time to order a drink. The line was so held up by her just chit-chatting, it was ridiculous. Don't go unless you can either tell her to do her damn job instead of gossiping or if you have maybe an hour to waste.

This location used to be so chill and super nice employees. The last few times I’ve gone, they are not friendly. I found out it costs extra for a drink to be extra sweet. (Which is fine I get that) No one has ever told me until today that there is I think a 30 cent up charge. It would have been nice to know that. And most every time I go, they don’t tell me my total (unless I ask) and they often press no tip rather than let me decide. I totally understand it’s awkward asking that question (I used to work at Starbucks so I really get it) but when they answer the question for me it makes me feel like I need to check my bank to see if they gave themselves a tip.

I'm updating my review. The customer service has gotten better. This is a really busy location, so there are always long lines. If you try ordering online, be prepared to still wait a while for your drink to come out, as if you were sitting in the car line. They have a sign for the walk up window, near a really stinky garbage can, that tells you to go to this side for moble orders or this side for order at window, but it always moves and nobody follows it, so it gets confusing. Otherwise, the drinks and snacks are good. The people are friendly, and they do seem to move a little quicker.
