I'm updating my review. The customer service has gotten better. This is a really busy location, so there are always long lines. If you try ordering online, be prepared to still wait a while for your drink to come out, as if you were sitting in the car line. They have a sign for the walk up window, near a really stinky garbage can, that tells you to go to this side for moble orders or this side for order at window, but it always moves and nobody follows it, so it gets confusing....

I go thru drive thru I love my dutch bro they are so nice I love making them laugh even with long lines they are fast and polite goes above and over to get my drink right that dutch!
