Was in line at 9:30 pm the 26th of November. They took a very long time and by the time we finally got to the window it was about 10:07pm and instead of having courtesy to let us know weren’t going to serve us they just let us sit there. There were other cars behind us also that were inline before 10pm. No one came and told anyone they were going to stop serving at a certain car or anything. Will be calling in morning to lodge complaint. This particular location has gotten worse lately. Customer service wise and quality.

Best place to get drinks on the go! There is a girl named Natalie who is always soo cheerful and smiling which makes me feel welcomed and gives the best customer service when I can’t decide what to order! She really knows her drinks!! She is 5 star worthy!!

I get a special ordered coffee every morning and I feel special that the baristas all remember my order, it's kinda hard too, it's a lg hot breve 5 white, 5 reg white choc/ caramel (or pumpkin or peppermint in season) 4x extra sweet Kane sugar soft top, extra soft top, extra sweet with raw sugar sprinks (or candy cane sprinks in season) thanks for always being there- store 174 as well as Kane store.... I'll never forget the gift basket ya'll made me after my accident, thank you, you guys ROCK!

It's so loud that you have to yell to order after waiting a few minutes while the servers just stand around chatting. The tea l got was very weak in flavor and poorly blended. Save yourself a headache and go to Blackrock instead better drinks and it's quite 😌
