More often than not takes a while to get your drink when you go inside. The drive thru line is almost always packed, but thatās usually how it goes with every Dutch bros location. Over all the staff working there are really nice people.

They had 2 runners out taking orders to make the line go quicker, which I really appreciated. I paid through the app and then the girl said āis $1 tip ok?ā Incredibly inappropriate to assume a tip. I usually tip cash at the front because I truly feel a tip needs to be earned. I didnāt feel like I could say no because I didnāt want my drink messed up or messed with. Super inappropriate and entitled young person.

I was just there picking up drinks with my children and used the order-ahead feature to make things quicker and easierāespecially with three kids in the car. Unfortunately, I arrived a bit early in the drive-through line, and the staff member at the window spoke to me very rudely. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I donāt plan on returning.
