I went thru the drive thru with my friend. yesterday on 3/9/2025 at around 9:00pm, The girl taking our order was very rude. She had no customers service skills at all I was honestly shocked I have never experienced that type of customer service at dutch bros, she didn’t even greet us when we drove up just stood there looking angry that I was even there. When I was done telling her my order I was waiting for her to say “anything else” but she just stood there and stared at me as if I was supposed to know she was done entering my order so my friend could order. She didn’t even fill up the drinks all the way? Drinks tasted great but I believe this employee didn’t fill them all the way on purpose to get back at me for what i’m not even sure. I love going to dutch bros but this employees attitude made me regret even going.

Many of the good staff have left this location recently and it's very disheartening to experience the turnover. The new staff members are rude, make incorrect drinks consistently and the environment now feels very negative and malicious towards the customers. I've been a regular at this location for several years and have never experienced the kind of attitude and laziness this locations employees now give to their customers. Several of my friends in the area have agreed that this location is just not as comfortable as it used to be. I hope management can figure this out because if the customers are feeling such toxic energy from these interactions, I can't imagine how the employees themselves act within this environment.

there was a man, in his twenties, being so mean about me not being able to drink a certain milk due to stomach issues, and he poured out my drinks into the sink and raised his voice after i said it was completely fine and i would pay for both of HIS mistakes.

You guys should partner with a delivery company such as uber eats, door dash, etc for people that don’t drive or don’t want to drive to go get it!

Had a double blended rebel that was super watery before it was even handed to me, I specifically get it double blended to make sure it is more of a slushy consistency

Ordered a kicker, caramelizer and a pup cup. The staff is super friendly. Prices are kind of ridiculous but I think that's everywhere.

Beware of these thieves, they charged me almost 7 dollars (the price for a large drink) for a small hot mocha. The mocha was poorly made. Never coming back to this location

I live right by this place, so I go in all the time and I can't recall a single instance where the bar/bro-istas weren't outstandingly nice and the drinks are amazing. A little too good, I really need to cut back on them!

As a previous manager of 2 coffee shops (east coast AND west coast), I can say that customer service in ANY job is A-#1. I always get a large iced ER 911 drink with only 4 cubes (because I appreciate the coldness, without the watered down flavor). Relentlessly, the staff tries (at the bequest of their robot manager and a ridiculous policy) to charge my drink as a "cold-pour," which costs extra, due to an extra shot added to preserve the original flavor of the drink, BUT an ER 911 already has more shots & I'm used to & desire the flavor exactly as I order it. Instead of just making drinks, they typically measure all ingredients (an excellent process for portion control)but CAN be overlooked in instances like this (making to measure & topping off with roughly 2-4oz. of half & half (about 40 cents worth of product (based on the inflated costs of having it delivered to the site). In Corvallis, after my veteran's discount the same drink costs $6.65... in Gresham (for some reason) after the discount, I'm forced to pay $7.15 ... different franchisee maybe? Then the manager always insists that they hand it out, with between 2-4 ounces of empty space at the top. When I ask for it to be topped off, they insist that I pay for a cold pour (the largest cost increase is for the added shot (which, if you remember I don't want or need)). Today the manager raised their voice at me over 40 cents for a $7.15 cent sale... so 40 cents from an inflated many dollar profit margin is worth losing a customer? Apparently I can only get my coffee when I'm in Corvallis. Fine for me. So, since I'm a daily customer (wherever/whenever I am) you lost $214.50 in monthly sales, over a squabble of $12 dollars of "extra cream..." Boy THAT managerial decision is obviously the CREAM of the crop. I said GOODBYE, Dutchies on Kane, in Gresham... and GOOD-DAY.

Not only was it extremely slow, the drinks we got were literally not drinkable. The milk was steamed WAY too hot, so much so that it was dangerous. We couldn’t hold our cups and if it had been spilled we would have needed medical attention, and they were made incorrectly so the taste was terrible. Never had a bad Dutch experience before this so pretty disappointed.
