I really like firehouse subs. They are so delicious. When you go in service is great but when you order it a lot of time the order is canceled. Tonight was the last straw. My order was canceled again. I place it around 7:19 pm. I understand it's close to closing but I feel 21 min is enough time to make 3 sandwiches.
